Moon in Cancer from Friday evening until Monday morning boosts Cancer, and to a lesser degree, the other water signs, Scorpio and Pisces. Moon in Cancer also helps any planets and points you have in Cancer and should help bring more things together for Cancer on a short-term basis.
Moon in Cancer supports anyone’s involvement with Cancer-related activities such as helping family and friends; nurturing people along; cooking, household duties, home decorating and repairs; antiques, memories, and genealogy; and gardening, housing, real estate, land development, farming, and agriculture.
Security Versus Freedom
With Sun in Aquarius and Moon in Cancer, we have a Sun-Moon combination with a sharp contrast in needs and motivations. Cancer is more sentimental and feelings oriented. It desires assurance and emotional attachments and seeks what is safe, secure, and familiar. On the other hand, Aquarius is more objective and mentally oriented. It wants freedom and emotional detachments and seeks what is new, novel, and experimental.
These differences are significant if you are in a Cancer-Aquarius relationship, if both signs are emphasized in your horoscope, and to a lesser degree, your fourth and eleventh houses are active. One part of you is more sensitive and emotionally connected. The other part of you is more objective and intellectually oriented.
In relationships, Cancer’s sentimentality and clinging nature can confuse and frustrate the objectivity and independence Aquarius wants. And the cool, intellectual, and detached nature of Aquarius can frustrate the emotional responses Cancer needs.

Mars in Capricorn from January 24 until March 06 energizes Capricorn, and to a lesser degree, helps the other earth signs, Taurus and Virgo. However, related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, Mars will also challenge Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn during this period. Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, optimism, opportunities, and good fortune, direct at 10 degrees Pisces, brings opportunities for anyone with planets and points at 10 degrees of any sign, especially Pisces and the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio, and the other mutable signs, Gemini, Virgo, and Sagittarius.
Saturn direct at 17 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing steady accomplishments for anyone born at 17 degrees Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone with points or planets at 17 degrees Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
Uranus direct at 11 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for anyone with planets and points around 11 degrees Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus also creates possible advances, breakthroughs, and new opportunities for those with planets and points at 11 degrees Virgo and Capricorn.

In addition, this lunar aspect increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
11:21 PM - (Moon in Cancer 180 Mars in Capricorn) opportunities for bolder and more direct actions. However, this aspect magnifies feelings and passions, and as a result, can bring impatience, rashness, impulsiveness, anger, and even forceful actions.

12:45 AM + (Moon in Cancer 180 Venus in Capricorn) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.

However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.

This Void is less than one hour but take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods. What you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but it may not be easy for you to sort everything out with so many factors presented, even for astrology students. Therefore, I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, applying the information in these newsletters with common sense allows you to better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
Moon enters each zodiac sign about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless significant aspects are currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you.
