Moon in the earth sign Virgo from late Sunday evening until Wednesday morning EST boosts Virgo and, to a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn. Moon in Virgo also helps any planets and points you have in Virgo and should bring together more things for Virgo on a short-term basis.
Moon in Virgo supports anyone’s involvement with Virgo-related activities such as getting things done efficiently and effectively; correcting faults, flaws, and problems; focusing on diet, nutrition, health, and hygiene; and helping others in service without needing special attention.
Overall
Aries and Pisces are now more active than the other signs, with three planets in Aries (Venus, Jupiter, and Chiron) and three planets in Pisces (Sun, Mercury, and Neptune). The stars remain more on the plus side for timing, with no significant warnings or alerts. Still, you may be facing difficulties if, for example, Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are challenging your horoscope.
A Full Moon
Tuesday at 07:40 AM EST, Moon in Virgo opposes Sun in Pisces to form a Full Moon at 17 degrees Virgo and Pisces, making this Full Moon more relevant for anyone with their Sun, Moon, and any planets at 17 degrees of the mutable signs (Gemini Virgo Sagittarius Pisces).
Full Moons intensify matters, heighten emotions, and create extremes such as with the weather, and highlight the two signs involved, in this case, Virgo and Pisces.
With any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, or birth near a Full Moon, there is a need to understand and find a middle ground between the different needs of the two signs involved because when planets or points are in opposition in a horoscope, there is a “push and pull” between two primary needs in your life. Tuesday’s Full Moon is a good example.
Virgo opposing Pisces symbolizes the battle between everyday demands (Virgo) and a universal viewpoint (Pisces). Virgo is by nature discriminating, analytical, critical, and something of a perfectionist. Efficiency, exactness, order, and attention to detail are essential for Virgo. On the other hand, Pisces is more concerned with the overall perspective and seeks to transcend reality with something more creative and spiritually oriented.
Virgo is the lab technician breaking down data to find a specific result, while Pisces is the mystic seeking a cosmic perspective. Virgo is practical and logical, while Pisces is more holistic and intuitive. Virgo focuses on what needs to be corrected, while Pisces focuses more on humanity’s goodness. Virgo can become too mundane and have their heads stuck in the sand, while Pisces can live in a fantasy world chasing rainbows.

Tuesday is important not only because there is a Full Moon, but because Saturn, the planet related to tests, delays, frustrations, reality, and hardships as well as focus, hard work, fortitude, and accomplishments, enters the water sign Pisces at 08:34 AM EST. If one is not “into astrology” or not a Pisces, this may seem inconsequential.
But believe me, this is major news for everyone because Saturn changing signs will create significant social, cultural, and political shifts for the world as well as opportunities and challenges for every part of your horoscope. It’s about much more than just your sun sign.
For the past three years, Saturn has been in Aquarius challenging Aquarius and the other three fixed signs, Taurus, Leo, and Scorpio. Daily, I’ve seen this play out for clients with a fixed sign emphasis.
At the same time, Saturn in one’s sun sign can create an important high in one’s life for accomplishments and control which was the case with Aquarius for the last three years. This Void is only thirty-six minutes but take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods. As a result, what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out as planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose than to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but it may be difficult to sort everything out with many factors presented, even for astrology students. Therefore, I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, applying the information in these newsletters with common sense allows you to time your decisions and activities better.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
Moon enters each zodiac sign about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters will likely come more together for you on a short-term basis unless significant aspects are currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you.
