A string of challenging aspects from the start of this year involving the stress-producing planets, Mars, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto, is over. Relief is in sight. Mercury is now direct, and the most significant challenging aspect, Saturn square Uranus, peaked last week and is now waning.
With these stressful aspects active, I encouraged clients to wait, if they could, before making important decisions and actions. The basic premise with right timing is that "there’s a time for everything." Nothing beats a good plan and hard work, but it sure helps to have the "stars" on your side.
Even without a pandemic, these aspects would have challenged many people’s lives. There’s been a lot of confusion, frustrations, losses, hardships, setbacks, sorrows, anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, violence, disasters, and death. The status quo was shaken up with surprises, unexpected events, turbulent changes, and highly charged situations, from a siege on our capital to extreme weather conditions.
For many people (depending on their horoscope and personal cycles), nothing special happened, but those with Sun, Moon, planets, and points early in fixed signs (Taurus Leo Scorpio Aquarius) were especially prone to challenges, and to some degree, they continue to face challenges.

Mars in Taurus from January 06 until March 03 boosts Taurus, and to a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Virgo and Capricorn. During this period, Mars, the planet related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, will also be challenging Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, optimism, opportunities, and good fortune, at 15 degrees Aquarius brings opportunities for anyone with planets and points at 15 degrees.
Saturn at 08 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing steady accomplishments for anyone born at 08 degrees Aquarius as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone with points or planets at 08 degrees Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
Uranus at 07 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for anyone with planets and points at 07 degrees Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Lunar Aspects with Moon in Cancer
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed below can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing when to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time. The aspect descriptions do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, they provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
These lunar aspects are in effect for a few hours (versus days) before and until for the times given for the Eastern Time Zone. You need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.

Moon in the water sign Cancer boosts Cancer, and to a lesser degree, the other water signs Scorpio and Pisces. Moon in Cancer also helps any planets and points you have in Cancer and should bring together more things for Cancer on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Cancer also supports anyone’s involvement with Cancer-related activities such as helping family and friends and nurturing people along; cooking, household duties, home decorating and repairs; antiques, memories, and genealogy; and gardening, housing, real estate, farming, and land development.

01:55 PM - (Moon in Cancer 150 Saturn in Aquarius) opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect can be challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.
05:35 PM - (Moon in Cancer 45 Mars in Taurus) opportunities for being bolder and more direct. However, this aspect can magnify feelings, passions, motivations and bring upsets, impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions.
09:52 PM + (Moon in Cancer 135 Venus in Aquarius) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
Tuesday, February 23

However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.

04:46 AM Moon in Cancer Void until 07:22 AM when it enters the next sign, Leo.
This Void is almost three hours, so take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
