Moon in the air sign Libra from late Friday evening until Monday morning boosts Libra, and to a lesser degree, the other air signs, Gemini and Aquarius. Moon in Libra also helps any planets and points you have in Libra and should bring together more things for Libra on a short-term basis.
Moon in Libra supports anyone’s involvement with Libra-related activities such as fostering relationships and diplomacy by being more interactive and accommodating; being more aware of their friends, partners, and clients; and expressing oneself artistically and creatively, including making everything around you more beautiful and harmonious.
Sun Enters Pisces
Friday morning, Sun entered Pisces, the sign related to flow, imagination, meditation, mysticism, and the arts. Sun in Pisces until March 20, the Vernal Equinox, favors Pisces, and to a lesser degree, the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio, and highlights the house in your horoscope ruled by Pisces. For example, if Pisces rules your eleventh house, the house related to friends, acquaintances, groups, communities, and non-profits, these activities are more likely to benefit you and come to the forefront.
Furthermore, with Sun in Pisces, it’s a more favorable time to practice the positive attributes associated with Pisces (many of which we could all use): kind, sensitive, compassionate, loving, charitable, self-sacrificing, believing, receptive, imaginative, and artistic.

Venus, the planet related to love, money, and the arts, in Capricorn for four months, from November 05 until March 06, brings blessings and benefits to Capricorn, and, to a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Taurus and Virgo, and the house in your horoscope ruled by Capricorn.
Mars in Capricorn from January 24 until March 06 energizes Capricorn, and to a lesser degree, helps the other earth signs, Taurus and Virgo. However, related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, Mars will also challenge Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn during this period. Check your planets’ positions in the above signs to know when there may be added stress, pressure, and aggravations in your life.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, optimism, opportunities, and good fortune, direct and approaching 12 degrees Pisces, brings opportunities for anyone with planets and points at 12 degrees of any sign, especially Pisces and the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio, and the other mutable signs, Gemini, Virgo, and Sagittarius.
Saturn direct and approaching 18 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing steady accomplishments for anyone born at 18 degrees Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone with points or planets at 18 degrees Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
Uranus direct at 11 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for anyone with planets and points around 11 degrees Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus also creates possible advances, breakthroughs, and new opportunities for those with planets and points at 11 degrees Virgo and Capricorn.

Lunar aspects are in effect for a few hours (versus days) before and until the times given for the Eastern Time Zone. Therefore, you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, so you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which can exhibit positive and negative influences.

However, this also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.
07:52 PM + (Moon in Libra 150 Jupiter in Pisces) opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public. This lunar aspect also increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
Sunday, February 20
06:45 AM + (Moon in Libra 120 Saturn in Aquarius) opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities.
09:33 AM + (Moon in Libra 90 Venus in Capricorn) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
10:25 AM - (Moon in Libra 90 Mars in Capricorn) opportunities for bolder and more direct actions. However, this aspect magnifies feelings and passions, and as a result, can bring impatience, rashness, impulsiveness, anger, and even forceful actions.
02:22 PM - (Moon in Libra 150 Neptune in Pisces) opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
09:40 PM + (Moon in Libra 150 Node in Taurus) opportunities for connecting with people via networking, social interactions, and alliances with large and small groups.
Monday, February 21
12:01 AM - (Moon in Libra 90 Pluto in Capricorn) opportunities for digging deeper into your emotions and feelings. However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.
12:01 AM Moon in Libra Void until 04:19 AM when it enters the next sign, Scorpio.
This Void is more than four hours, so take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods. What you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information

The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, applying the information in these newsletters with common sense allows you to better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
Moon enters each zodiac sign about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless significant aspects are currently challenging your horoscope.
