Saturn Retrograde
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Timing Report, Friday, June 03, 2022
Moon in the fire sign Leo from Friday afternoon until early Monday morning boosts Leo and, to a lesser degree, the other fire signs, Aries and Sagittarius. Moon in Leo also helps any planets and points you have in Leo and should bring together more things for Leo on a short-term basis.
Moon in Leo supports anyone’s involvement with Leo-related attitudes and activities such as romance and courtship; connecting more with children and loved ones; fun, parties, entertainment, hobbies, and recreation; theater, art, and creative endeavors; wherever leadership and self-assurance can be applied; being on stage and projecting your confidence; and what is dramatic, glamorous, and in the public limelight.
Thank God It’s Ending
As highlighted in my last newsletter, Mercury turned direct this morning. This should bring relief for many people because Mercury retrograde periods tend to be problematic. Still, this does not mean everything will now be fine and dandy for you and the world. Nor does this mean that everything was supposed to go wrong the past three weeks when Mercury was retrograde.
Also, keep in mind that there are usually significant shifts and changes in our plans, decisions, negotiations, projects, and relationships around the five days before and after Mercury turns direct.
Furthermore, when Mercury turns direct, the choices you made and the plans you started when Mercury was retrograde are now seen in a different light as unforeseen assumptions and mistakes "come to light” because Mercury, the planet ruling thinking and communication, is changing direction relative to the earth’s movement.
Saturn Retrograde
Tomorrow, Saturn (the planet of tests, pressures, trials, delays, and losses) goes retrograde at 25 degrees Aquarius, which is especially significant for anyone with planets or points at 25 degrees Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
Everyone knows about the significance of Mercury retrograde, but the impact of the outer planets going retrograde can be far more significant than Mercury retrograde. This is because when an outer planet (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) goes retrograde in the sky, it seems to “sit there” stationary at a certain degree of the zodiac for up to a month, depending on the plant involved.
An opportunity and a test, problem, or challenge which typically takes a week or so to transpire by transit can extend for months with these stationary positions.
For example, if your Sun is at 25 degrees in one of the above signs, you have more likely experienced many differences, tests, and trials, especially with men and your health. If your Venus is at 25 degrees in one of the above signs, you have more likely experienced issues with your finances and love life. And if your Mars is at 25 degrees in one of the above signs, you have more likely experienced extra work, demands, stress, delays, aggravations, and frustrations.
Current Sun Sign Factors
The following sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you should know about what is occurring in your horoscope. A complete evaluation of what is happening in your horoscope is far more complex and involved than any newsletter can present. For example, there are many factors besides your sun sign to consider, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. However, merely being aware of the current transits to your Sun’s position can be invaluable because the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) create life-altering trends and events. For a complete analysis, contact me.
Venus, the planet related to love, money, and the arts, in Taurus from May 28 until June 22, brings blessings and benefits to Gemini and, to a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Virgo and Capricorn, and the house in your horoscope ruled by Taurus.
Mars in Aries from May 24 until July 04 energizes Aries and helps to a lesser degree the other fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius. However, with Mars related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, Mars will also challenge Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Capricorn during this period. Check your planets’ positions in the above signs to know when there may be added stress, pressure, and aggravations.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, optimism, opportunities, and good fortune, direct and approaching 04 degrees Aries, brings opportunities for anyone with planets and points at 04 degrees of any sign, especially Aries and the other fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius, and the other cardinal signs, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn.
Saturn stationary retrograde at 25 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing steady accomplishments for anyone born at 25 degrees Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone with points or planets at 25 degrees Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
Uranus direct at 16.5 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for anyone with planets and points around 17 degrees Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus also creates possible advances, breakthroughs, and new opportunities for those with planets and points at 17 degrees Virgo and Capricorn.
Neptune direct at 25 degrees Pisces brings opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for anyone born at 25 degrees Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, and possible deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions for anyone born at 25 degrees Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Pisces.
Pluto retrograde and approaching 28 degrees Capricorn positively influences anyone born at 28 degrees Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. This position is also potentially challenging and transformative for those with planets and points at 28 degrees Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Lunar Aspects
The most important Moon in Leo aspects are listed below. The descriptions do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, they provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing a party, trip, decision, project, business, or other events.
Lunar aspects are in effect for a few hours (versus days) before and until the times given for the Eastern Time Zone. Therefore, you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, so you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. The + and - lunar aspects can exhibit positive and negative influences.
Friday, June 03
02:37 PM Moon enters Leo, where it remains until early Monday morning when it enters the next sign, Virgo.
11:09 PM + (Moon in Leo 120 Jupiter in Aries) opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including parties, meetings, social gatherings, and working with the public. In addition, this lunar aspect increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
Saturday, June 04
06:46 AM + (Moon in Leo 90 Venus in Taurus) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
09:56 PM + (Moon in Leo 120 Chiron in Aries) opportunities for family matters and healing relationships.
11:46 PM - (Moon in Leo 90 Uranus in Taurus) opportunities for increased instincts, willfulness, and aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome. However, this can also bring nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.
Sunday, June 05
11:10 AM + (Moon in Leo 90 Node in Taurus) opportunities for connecting with people via networking, social interactions, and alliances with large and small groups.
05:03 PM - (Moon in Leo 180 Saturn in Aquarius) opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect is challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.
05:09 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Neptune in Pisces) opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
07:12 PM + (Moon in Leo 90 Mercury in Taurus) opportunities for perception, thoughtfulness, communication, and writing.
11:00 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Pluto in Capricorn) opportunities for digging deeper into your emotions and feelings. However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.
11:00 PM Moon in Leo Void until 02:21 AM Monday when it enters the next sign, Virgo.
This Void is more than three hours, so take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods. What you start or implement is less likely to turn out as planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose than to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but it may not be easy for you to sort everything out with so many factors presented, even for astrology students. Therefore, I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, applying the information in these newsletters with common sense allows you to better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise of right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
Moon enters each zodiac sign about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you short-term unless significant aspects are currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
Contact me to know what’s going on in your horoscope and to make better decisions at better times. We will schedule a private consultation at my office or on the phone, so you can know more about your future and better understand the issues and opportunities in your life as well as your relationships, job, career, education, finances, children, parents, travel, health, location, retirement, karma, and purpose in life.
