Mercury retrograde tends to be problematic for many people. Couple with the pandemic, this Mercury retrograde period (January 30 to February 20) has not been easy.
But relief is on the way. After this weekend, Mercury will be direct, and more importantly, the effects of a major aspect in effect this past month will have subsided. Saturn square Uranus is a major disruptor which increases the possibilities for stress, fears, disputes, bitterness, and uncertainties as well as accidents, aggressions, shootings, violence, extreme weather, earthquakes, and natural disasters.
Back to Mercury retrograde. Recall that a few days before and after Mercury goes direct, there are usually significant shifts and changes with decisions, negotiations, projects, and relationships. The choices you made and the plans you started with Mercury retrograde are seen differently as unforeseen assumptions and mistakes "come to light” because Mercury, the planet ruling thinking and communication, is changing direction relative to the earth’s movement.
All this does not mean everything will suddenly be fine and dandy for you and the world next week. Nor does this mean that everything was supposed to go wrong and be problematic the past three weeks when Mercury was retrograde.
But by next week, things should feel better for most people, usless they have other significant astrological factors contributing to difficulties in their lives, such as Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto making challenging aspects to essential points in their horoscope.

Lunar Aspects with Moon in Taurus
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed below can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing when to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time. The aspect descriptions do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, they provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
These lunar aspects are in effect for a few hours (versus days) before and until for the times given for the Eastern Time Zone. You need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.

10:11 PM Moon entered Taurus, where it remains until late Friday morning when it enters the next sign, Gemini.
Moon in the earth sign Taurus boosts Taurus, and a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Virgo and Capricorn. Moon in Taurus also helps any planets and points you have in Taurus and should bring together more things for Taurus on a short-term basis.

However, this aspect also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.

07:47 PM + - (Moon in Taurus 00 Mars in Taurus) this once-a-month lunar aspect brings opportunities for being bolder and more direct. However, this aspect can magnify feelings, passions, motivations and bring upsets, impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions.

02:28 AM + (Moon in Taurus 120 Pluto in Capricorn) opportunities for influential, productive, and psychic females. This aspect also increases the possibilities for practical and concrete business plans and deeper feelings and psychic impressions.
02:28 AM Moon in Taurus Void until 11:03 AM when it enters the next sign, Gemini.
This Void is more than eight hours, so take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
