Moon in the earth sign Capricorn from Monday morning until late Wednesday morning boosts Capricorn, and to a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Taurus and Virgo. Moon in Capricorn also helps any planets and points you have in Capricorn and should bring together more things for Capricorn on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Capricorn also supports anyone’s involvement with Capricorn-related attitudes and activities such as defining and working toward longer-range goals; being more organized, disciplined, resourceful, economical, practical, and task-oriented; connecting with people in positions of power and authority, and improving your professional profile and impressions.
Nasty Mars-Saturn
In effect this past week until this Thursday, Mars square Saturn is one of the nastier planetary aspects because it involves a clash between two major stress-producing planets. With a challenging Mars-Saturn aspect in the sky or your horoscope, everything intensifies. Issues, differences, and controversies come into focus. Tensions run high. Frustrations, fears, delays, disputes, bitterness, and uncertainties are more likely.
This aspect is also related to weather extremes, accidents, aggressions, shootings, violence, murders, escalated military tensions, and natural disasters such as earthquakes, wildfires, and hurricanes.
One could attribute this nasty aspect to the deadly siege of our Capital last Wednesday, the Indonesia jet which lost 62 people on board, the possibility of starting a second impeachment process, and the growing Coronavirus surge and the mess with the vaccine distribution.
According to principles of right timing, any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around this time, will have the qualities and characteristics of this aspect.
So, for now, it is more appropriate to be cautious and patient than aggressive and demanding. Stay focused on what’s working in your life and catch up with what’s already in front of you. Mars-Saturn aspects favor hard work, focused efforts, determination, persistence, and endurance.
For most people (depending on their horoscope and personal cycles), nothing special will happen, but those with their Sun, Moon, planets, and points around three degrees of Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius should be more vigilant.

These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Always keep in mind that these newsletters do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed above are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time listed. The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences. These lunar aspects can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.
The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
