Much Better
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Timing Report, Monday, May 18, 2022
Moon in the earth sign Capricorn from this morning until Friday morning boosts Capricorn and, to a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Taurus and Virgo. Moon in Capricorn also helps any planets and points you have in Capricorn and should bring together more things for Capricorn on a short-term basis.
Moon in Capricorn supports anyone’s involvement with Capricorn-related attitudes and activities such as defining and working toward longer-range goals; being more organized, disciplined, resourceful, economical, practical, and task-oriented; connecting with people in positions of power and authority; and improving your professional profile and impressions.
Much Better
The stars are now more favorably aligned, especially compared to the intense Saturn square the Solar Eclipse Full Moon this past weekend highlighted in a recent newsletter.
There are no significant discordant aspects, and the lunar aspects are all favorable, which is unusual, including Sun and Moon harmoniously aligned in the earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn.
Mercury is still retrograde, but any child born, project started, or decision made will benefit from these more favorable stars.
Productive Days
With Moon in the earth sign Capricorn and Sun late in the earth sign Taurus, it’s a good time to get things done because we have what is probably the most steady, stable, dependable, practical, pragmatic, and productive sign combination in the zodiac. Anyone with these two signs emphasized in their horoscope or any relationship with this emphasis can be counted on to build something stable, worthwhile, and sustainable over a long period with their steady efforts. Taurus does not budge from wanting everything to be set and calm, and Capricorn works long and hard for emotional and financial security. Taurus and Capricorn are terrific for the business and professional world, such as owning or operating a business or being a steady and reliable employee. Capricorn strives for worldly accomplishments, and the pragmatism and steady, productive nature of Taurus supports such efforts.
Current Sun Sign Factors
The following sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you should know about what is occurring in your horoscope. A complete evaluation of what is happening in your horoscope is far more complex and involved than any newsletter can present. For example, there are many factors besides your sun sign to consider, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. However, merely being aware of the current transits to your Sun’s position can be invaluable because the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) create life-altering trends and events. For a complete analysis, contact me.
Venus, the planet related to love, money, and the arts, in Aries from May 02 until May 28, brings blessings and benefits to Aries and, to a lesser degree, the other fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius, and the house in your horoscope ruled by Aries.
Mars in Pisces from April 15 until May 24 energizes Pisces and helps to a lesser degree the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio. However, with Mars related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, Mars will also challenge Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, and Sagittarius during this period. Check your planets’ positions in the above signs to know when there may be added stress, pressure, and aggravations.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, optimism, opportunities, and good fortune, direct at 01.5 degrees Aries, brings opportunities for anyone with planets and points at 02 degrees of any sign, especially Aries and the other fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius, and the other cardinal signs, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn.
Saturn direct at 25 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing steady accomplishments for anyone born at 25 degrees Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone with points or planets at 25 degrees Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
Uranus direct at 15.5 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for anyone with planets and points around 16 degrees Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus also creates possible advances, breakthroughs, and new opportunities for those with planets and points at 16 degrees Virgo and Capricorn.
Neptune direct at 25 degrees Pisces brings opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for anyone born at 25 degrees Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, and possible deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions for anyone born at 25 degrees Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Pisces.
Pluto retrograde at 28.5 degrees Capricorn positively influences anyone born at 28 degrees Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. This position is also potentially challenging and transformative for those with planets and points at 28 degrees Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Lunar Aspects
The most important Moon in Capricorn aspects are listed below. The descriptions do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, they provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing a party, trip, decision, project, business, or other events.
Lunar aspects are in effect for a few hours (versus days) before and until the times given for the Eastern Time Zone. Therefore, you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, so you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. The + and - lunar aspects can exhibit positive and negative influences.
Wednesday, May 18
08:01 AM Moon entered Capricorn, where it remains until Friday morning when it enters the next sign, Aquarius.
10:21 AM + (Moon in Capricorn 90 Jupiter in Aries) opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public. This lunar aspect also increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
Thursday, May 19
08:09 AM + (Moon in Capricorn 90 Chiron in Aries) opportunities for healing and family matters.
09:16 AM + (Moon in Capricorn 120 Uranus in Taurus) opportunities for instincts, intuition, and forward-looking aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome, especially anything involving business and professional matters because this aspect involves the earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn.
04:01 PM + (Moon in Capricorn 90 Venus in Aries) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
Friday, May 20
06:23 AM + (Moon in Capricorn 00 Pluto in Capricorn) this once-a-month lunar aspect symbolizes influential and psychic-like females. This aspect also increases the possibilities for practical and concrete business plans and deeper feelings and psychic impressions.
07:59 AM + (Moon in Capricorn 120 Sun in Taurus) the time for the harmonious aspect between Sun and Moon in the earth signs highlighted earlier in this newsletter.
07:59 AM Moon in Capricorn Void until 08:52 AM Saturday when it enters the next sign, Aquarius.
This Void is almost an hour, so take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods. What you start or implement is less likely to turn out as planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose than starting something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but it may not be easy for you to sort everything out with so many factors presented, even for astrology students. Therefore, I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, applying the information in these newsletters with common sense allows you to better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise of right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
Moon enters each zodiac sign about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you short-term unless significant aspects are currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
Contact me to know what’s going on in your horoscope and to make better decisions at better times. We will schedule a private consultation at my office or on the phone, so you can know more about your future and better understand the issues and opportunities in your life as well as your relationships, job, career, education, finances, children, parents, travel, health, location, retirement, karma, and purpose in life.
