Full Moon Weekend

Moon in the water sign Pisces from early Friday morning until early Sunday morning boosts Pisces and, to a lesser degree, the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio. Moon in Pisces also helps any planets and points you have in Pisces and should bring together more things for Pisces on a short-term basis.
Moon in Pisces also supports anyone’s involvement with Pisces-related activities such as music, dancing, painting, movies, theater, film, drama, poetry, fiction, and photography; working with dreams, imagination, and the subconscious; anything spiritually oriented such as prayer, yoga, and meditation; and unselfishly helping those in need including the sick and less fortunate.
Full Moon Weekend
Full Moons intensify matters and heighten emotions, but from my experience, they are problematic when they form a difficult aspect to a challenging planet, which is not the case with this Full Moon, which occurs tomorrow at 05:59 AM EDT at 18 degrees Virgo and Pisces.
Full Moons emphasize the two signs involved, such as in this case with Sun in Virgo and Moon in Pisces. Virgo and Pisces are introverts by nature. There is modesty and humility. They are not as innately confident or overbearing as other signs. They need encouragement and approval before they feel confident and comfortable dealing with the world.
Virgo and Pisces are related to health, health care, and helping others through service. Virgo represents the servant and Pisces the slave. Virgo is nurses and health practitioners. Pisces is hospitals and places of rest and recuperation.
Virgo, by nature, is discriminating, analytical, critical, and perfectionist. It is the lab technician breaking down data to find a specific result. Order, exactness, and attention to detail are essential for Virgo. On the other hand, Pisces is more concerned with the overall perspective and can be lax, disorganized, and sloppy compared to Virgo. Pisces is more the mystic seeking a cosmic perspective.
Virgo focuses on what needs to be done and corrected, while Pisces focuses more on the goodness of humanity. Virgo can become too mundane and have their heads stuck in the sand, while Pisces can live in a fantasy world chasing rainbows.
In relationships, the critical and exacting nature of the earth-sign Virgo can smother the emotional sentimentality of the water-sign Pisces. And the emotional ups and downs of Pisces can throw the earth-sign Virgo off course with its need for order and certainty.
Virgo and Pisces can also complement and help each other. For example, logical Virgo can bring a more pragmatic perspective to the odd and sometimes crazy inclinations of Pisces to help them deal more effectively with the demands and practicalities of everyday life. And compassionate Pisces can soften the exactness of Virgo by teaching them that nothing is for sure in life and intellectual logic cannot fully understand or solve our problems.
Mercury Retrograde
As highlighted in my last newsletter, Here Comes Mercury Retrograde, Mercury in Libra turns retrograde late this evening, which means you are likely experiencing important shifts in your thinking, attitudes, and plans. Furthermore, it would be best if you were more careful with your decisions because, from my research, the five days before and after Mercury goes retrograde and the five days before and after Mercury goes direct are the most significant days for Mercury Retrograde. The decisions you make and the plans you start with Mercury Retrograde are more likely to take a twist and be seen differently when unforeseen assumptions and mistakes "come to light” after Mercury goes direct on October 02.
Sun Sign Updates
To use this information correctly, you need to know the degree of your Sun sign, but the degree of your Sun is not your date of birth. For example, if you were born on September 27, the degree of your Sun is around 05 degrees Libra. If you were born on October 15, the degree of your Sun is around 22 degrees Libra. If you don’t know the degree of your Sun, call me, and I will calculate it for you.
These sun-sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you should know. A complete evaluation is far more complex and involved than any newsletter can present. For example, there are many other factors besides your sun sign to consider, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. It is often apparent which time frames are better for timing a party, trip, decision, project, business, or other events.
Lunar aspects are in effect for a few hours (versus days) before and until the times given for the Eastern Time Zone. Therefore, you must adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, so you must subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. The + and - lunar aspects can exhibit positive and negative influences.

04:55 PM + - (Moon in Pisces 00 Neptune in Pisces) this once-a-month lunar aspect brings opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.

Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but it may not be easy for you to sort everything out with so many factors presented, even for astrology students. Therefore, I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, applying the information in these newsletters with common sense allows you to better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise of right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
Moon enters each zodiac sign about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you short-term unless significant aspects are currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
