Moon in Cancer
Moon in the water sign Cancer from Tuesday morning until early Thursday afternoon boosts Cancer, and to a lesser degree, the other water signs Scorpio and Pisces. Moon in Cancer also helps any planets and points you have in Cancer and should bring together more things for Cancer on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Cancer also supports anyone’s involvement with Cancer-related activities such as helping family and friends and nurturing people along; cooking, household duties, home decorating and repairs; antiques, memories, and genealogy; and gardening, housing, real estate, farming, and land development.
Cancer-Capricorn Full Moon
Sun entered Capricorn last week, marking the arrival of the Winter Solstice, and today Moon entered Cancer at 05:28 AM and then opposes the Sun to form a Cancer-Capricorn Full Moon at 10:28 PM.
The water sign Cancer and the earth sign Capricorn operate quite differently, which is relevant for a child born at this time, anything you start or do at this time, and anyone or any relationship with a Cancer-Capricorn emphasis.
Cancer is more subjective and comfortable with the inner world of emotions, feelings, and sentiments. Capricorn is more objective and comfortable with the outer world of business, enterprise, and science.
Cancer and Capricorn are more conservative and insecure by nature. They are not bold and flashy like the fire signs, Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. They do not take wild and foolish risks. Radical changes and big gambles are not their styles. They are more comfortable with what is known and established.
Both signs are also more introvert and defensive by nature. They need encouragement especially when they are young. Cancers have their shells and hesitancies, and Capricorns have their defenses and boundaries. But both signs can grow on you like ivy. Slow but sure. When they allow you to get inside their world and get to know them, they can be trusting and long–lasting friends.
Both signs also have business instincts and talents. Many CEO’s and business owners have this sign combination. They also form the foundations of society. Cancer represents homes, families, and mother figures while Capricorn represents father figures and government institutions such as the police and bureaucrats regulating and protecting our homes and families.

However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.

This Void is more than five hours, so take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.

The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
