“Congress is working on its $1.9 trillion spending bill, and Democrats are already floating a sequel, “our number one lode-star is going to be helping the American people and if they need more help, we’ll do another bill”, Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer said Saturday. Only a small part of what Democrats passed is for pandemic or economic relief. It’s mainly a way station on their high–speed train to a cradle–to–grave welfare entitlement state. Most of the $1.9 trillion will flow to government unions and supposedly temporary income transfers that Democrats intend to make permanent later this year. All this arrives when the Covoid vaccine rollout is accelerating, the economy is recovering at a rapid pace, and the national jobless rate is already down to 6.2%. The goal of the Democratic Party isn’t Covoid relief. The point is to expand and solidify the role of government as a guarantor of every American’s income unlinked to any obligation to work.” Wall Street Journal, March 08, 2021
This editorial named “Covoid Welfare State” is relevant to this week’s New Moon on March 13, which features a close and unusual alignment of Sun, Moon, Venus, and Neptune in Pisces. If any planet is related to fantasies, wishful thinking, false hopes, unlimited possibilities, delusions, and euphoria as well as love, compassion, benevolence, and charity, it’s Neptune, the ruler of Pisces.
The balancing point for an “easy money” solution for all our problems is Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn. As opposed to Neptune, Saturn is more practical, realistic, and down to earth. Saturn represents reality and limitations and facing duties, obstacles, responsibilities with grit, determination, and patience.
Saturn says all this. There’s no simple solution. There’s no “easy money.” You get what you work for. We do not have infinitely available resources. If money is spent for one thing, it’s not available for other things. There’s no such thing as a free lunch. We can’t spend our way out of our problems. Eventually, all bills must be paid and the books balanced by the taxpayer and general public. What’s missing are detailed discussions and plans for how we will eventually pay all these expenditures, and who will keep track of everything and be accountable.
Many people genuinely need help, many people are "milking" the system, and many people are getting financial aid who don’t need help. Hopefully, there will be a balanced middle ground focused on what’s practical, reasonable, and obtainable in the long run. But don't count on this.

Saturn at 09.5 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing steady accomplishments for anyone born at 10 degrees Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone with points or planets at 10 degrees Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.

The most important Moon in Aquarius lunar aspects are listed below. The descriptions do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, they provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing a party, trip, decision, project, business, or other events.
Lunar aspects are in effect for a few hours (versus days) before and until for the times given for the Eastern Time Zone. You need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.

Moon in the air sign Aquarius boosts Aquarius, and to a lesser degree, the other air signs, Gemini and Libra. Moon in Aquarius also helps any planets and points you have in Aquarius and should bring together more things for Aquarius on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Aquarius also supports anyone’s involvement with Aquarius-related attitudes and activities such as analyzing, observing, questioning, experimenting, and investigating; exploring what is new, novel, unusual, progressive, and nonconforming; science, technology, engineering, computers, electronics, inventions, and aviation; and working with clubs, organizations, special interest groups, and philanthropic and charitable organizations.

This lunar aspect also increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
10:31 PM + (Moon in Aquarius 00 Mercury in Aquarius) this once a month lunar aspect brings opportunities for perception, thoughtfulness, communication, and writing because this aspect creates a more active mind, especially with anything new, different, and exciting because this aspect is in the sign Aquarius.
10:31 PM Moon in Aquarius Void until 09:43 AM Thursday when it enters the next sign, Pisces.
This Void is more than eleven hours, so take note because there tends to be a lull in the energy levels during Void periods, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the signs’ functions and meanings versus describing your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
