Post-Election Day Factors
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Timing Report
Moon in Cancer
Moon in the water sign Cancer from late Wednesday afternoon until early Saturday morning boosts Cancer, and a lesser degree, the other water signs Scorpio and Pisces. Moon in Cancer also helps any planets and points you have in Cancer and should bring together more things for Cancer on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Cancer also supports anyone’s involvement with Cancer-related activities such as helping family and friends and nurturing people along; cooking, household duties, home decorating and repairs; antiques, memories, and genealogy; and gardening, housing, real estate, farming, and land development.
Post-Election Day Factors
Four astrological factors are now active, affecting the election process and everything else, including your life.
First, Mercury Direct brings shifts and changes. Mercury went direct early afternoon on election day. From my research, the five days before and after Mercury turns direct are more significant than the actual hour and day Mercury turns direct. Mercury turning direct is important because there are usually substantial shifts and changes with our plans, decisions, negotiations, projects, and relationships. With Mercury ruling thoughts and communication, mental lapses and mistakes, misunderstandings, false assumptions and accusations, and cancellations and postponements are more likely.
Second, Mercury square Saturn brings negativity, worries, and differences of opinions. Mercury in Libra square Saturn Capricorn has been and continues to be in effect. As highlighted in my last newsletter, the forecast at my September astrology workshop was that problems, complications, and delays with our election’s outcome and results would be more likely. Mercury rules decisions, voting, and tabulations, and from October 31 through November 06, Mercury “sits” exactly square Saturn, the planet representing differences, difficulties, challenges, and delays.
Mercury square Saturn is also associated with worries, negative thinking, and even depression. Mercury is thoughts and thinking, and Saturn is heavy, deep, and thorough. People with this aspect are prone to be inhibited, mistrustful, and have depressed moods. Their thoughts are so deep, serious, and critical they often wish they were not so heavy and thorough. They want to feel “a bit lighter,” but their mind keeps wanting to figure everything out with preciseness and exactness.
Third, Moon opposite Pluto early Friday afternoon and Moon opposite Saturn early Friday evening bring intense differences and confrontations for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time listed for these lunar aspects at the end of this newsletter.
Fourth, and probably most important, Sun 150 Mars in Aries brings anger, aggression, and violence. In effect this week and exact this weekend, Sun-Mars aspects bring the potential for hastiness, stubbornness, and ego battles, especially involving males. This aspect is also related to disputes, differences, intolerance, heightened differences, and typically coincides with accidents, attacks, aggression, violence, natural disasters, and escalated military tensions.
With this aspect in effect, it’s more appropriate to be patient and tolerant than pushy and demanding. Trying to dominate others may only antagonize them, and they will push even harder against you. On the plus side, this aspect generates a lot of energy and determination, which can help you be more competitive, productive, and achieving, if directed properly.

Current Sun Sign Factors
The following sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you should know about what is occurring in your horoscope, especially now with the coronavirus dramatically shifting our world as we know it. A complete evaluation of what is happening in your horoscope is far more complex and involved than what any newsletter can present. For example, there are dozens of factors besides your sun sign to consider, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. However, merely being aware of the current transits to the position of your Sun and other planets explained in this newsletter can be invaluable because the outer planets (Uranus Neptune Pluto), for example, can create life-altering trends and events. For a complete analysis, contact me.
Venus, the planet related to love, money, and the arts, in Libra from October 27 until November 21, brings blessings and benefits to Libra, and to a lesser degree, the other air signs, Gemini and Aquarius, and the house in your horoscope ruled by Libra. Check your planets’ exact positions in Libra to know when Venus will bring benefits to your horoscope during the next four weeks.
Mars in Aries from June 27 until January 07, 2021, boosts Aries, and a lesser degree, the other fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius. During this period, Mars, the planet related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, will also be challenging Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Capricorn. Contact me or check the planets or points you have in these signs to know when you will likely experience stress and perhaps make mistakes due to the increased demands, anxiety, and possible conflicts related to these planets and points.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, optimism, opportunities, and good fortune, at 22 degrees Capricorn, brings opportunities for anyone born around the thirteenth of any month, especially January, April, May, June, July, August, September, and October and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 22 degrees.
Saturn 26.5 degrees Capricorn is likely bringing steady accomplishments for a Capricorn born around January 17 as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone born around the seventeenth of January, April, June, July, August, and October and anyone with points or planets around 27 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Uranus retrograde at 08.5 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for a Taurus born around April 29 and anyone with planets and points around 08 degrees Taurus. Uranus is also likely creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born around the twenty-ninth of January, April, July, September, October, and November, as well as for anyone with planets and points around 08 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus is also creating possible breakthroughs, advances, and opportunities for a Virgo born around August 29 and a Capricorn born around December 29.
Neptune retrograde at 18.25 degrees Pisces brings opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality and/or deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions for anyone born around the ninth of March, June, August, September, October, and December and anyone with planets and points around 19 degrees Pisces. Neptune in Pisces is also creating opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for a Cancer born around July 09 and a Scorpio born around November 09.
Pluto retrograde at 22.75 degrees Capricorn is a potentially positive influence for a Capricorn born around January 13 and a potentially challenging and transformative period for an Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Libra born around the fourteenth of the month and anyone with planets or points around 23 degrees of the above signs.
Lunar Aspects with Moon in Cancer
With Moon in Cancer, there are fewer lunar aspects than usual, which is neither good nor bad by itself. Recall that the lunar (Moon) aspects listed below are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time listed. They can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.
Wednesday, November 04
04:45 PM Moon entered Cancer, where it remains until early Saturday morning when it enters the next sign, Leo.
Thursday, November 05
01:22 PM + (Moon in Cancer 90 Venus in Libra) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
11:08 PM - (Moon in Cancer 90 Mars in Aries) opportunities for being bolder and more direct. However, this aspect can magnify feelings, passions, motivations and bring upsets, impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions.
Friday, November 06
04:13 AM + (Moon in Cancer 120 Neptune in Pisces) opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations.
11:00 AM + (Moon in Cancer 180 Jupiter in Capricorn) opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public. This lunar aspect also increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
12:41 PM - (Moon in Cancer 180 Pluto in Capricorn) opportunities for digging deeper into your emotions and feelings. However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.
07:51 PM - (Moon in Cancer 180 Saturn in Capricorn) opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect is challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.
08:26 PM Moon in Cancer Void until 02:18 AM Saturday when it enters the next sign, Leo.
This Void is almost six hours, so take note because during Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live in on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
During Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.

We will schedule a private consultation at my office or on the phone, so you can know more about your future and better understand the issues and opportunities in your life as well as your relationships, job, career, education, finances, children, parents, travel, health, location, retirement, karma, and purpose in life.
