Moon in Aquarius
Moon in the air sign Aquarius from Friday morning until Sunday evening boosts Aquarius, and to a lesser degree, the other air signs, Gemini and Libra. Moon in Aquarius also helps any planets and points you have in Aquarius and should bring together more things for Aquarius on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Aquarius also supports anyone’s involvement with Aquarius-related attitudes and activities such as analyzing, observing, questioning, experimenting and investigating; exploring what is new, novel, unusual, progressive, and nonconforming; science, technology, engineering, computers, electronics, inventions, and aviation; and working with clubs, organizations, special interest groups, and philanthropic and charitable organizations.
Quarter Moon Differences
In between New Moons and Full Moons, there are Quarter Moons, which occur twice every lunar cycle when the Sun and Moon are three signs apart, forming a discordant 90-degree aspect. Now, with Moon in Aquarius and Sun in Scorpio highlighted in my last newsletter, we have two signs with distinctly different needs and approaches to life.
These differences are quite relevant for you if Aquarius and Scorpio are active in your horoscope or a relationship. The water-sign Scorpio and the air-sign Aquarius can find it challenging to connect thoughts with feelings. Water and air create a mist.
Emotions are a powerful force. Scorpio can become obsessed with a feeling or desire, while Aquarius is more emotionally detached and often out of touch with their feelings. Scorpio's passions and intensity may be met in a cool, dispassionate, and highly rational way - or simply by a total lack of comprehension by Aquarius.
Aquarius is idealistic and more abstract and conceptual, while Scorpio relies more on its instincts and gut feelings. Scorpio's passions and irrational love-hate swings can baffle Aquarius’s more rational and cerebral approach to life.
Scorpio is intensely private and personal, while Aquarius needs to connect more with the world at large. Groups, associations, and community affairs are important to Aquarius. They need intellectual companionship on a mental or spiritual level, which Scorpio may or may not appreciate.
Both are also fixed signs, which means they are strong, willful, and dogmatic. Neither side wants to back down from an argument or difference of opinion, which creates problems.
The key to resolving these differences is realizing how much Scorpio can help Aquarius become more emotionally charged and how much Aquarius can help Scorpio become more objective with their emotional intensities.

Mars in Aries from June 27 until January 07, 2021, boosts Aries, and a lesser degree, the other fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius. During this period, Mars, the planet related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, will also be challenging Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Capricorn. Uranus retrograde at 09 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for a Taurus born around April 30 and anyone with planets and points around 09 degrees Taurus. Uranus is also likely creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born around January 30, April 30, July 30, September 30, October 30, and November 30, as well as for anyone with planets and points around 09 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus is also creating possible breakthroughs, advances, and opportunities for a Virgo born around August 30 and a Capricorn born around December 30.
Neptune retrograde at 18.5 degrees Pisces brings opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality and/or deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions for anyone born around the ninth of March, June, August, September, October, and December and anyone with planets and points around 19 degrees Pisces. Neptune in Pisces is also creating opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for a Cancer born around July 09 and a Scorpio born around November 09.
Pluto retrograde at 22.5 degrees Capricorn is a potentially positive influence for a Capricorn born around January 13 and a potentially challenging and transformative period for an Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Libra born around the fourteenth of the month and anyone with planets or points around 22 degrees of the above signs.
Lunar Aspects with Moon in Aquarius
With Moon in Aquarius, there are only a few lunar aspects, which is unusual. Recall that the lunar (Moon) aspects listed below are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time listed. They can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.

08:16 AM Moon entered Aquarius, where it remains until Sunday afternoon when it enters the next sign, Pisces.
02:47 PM - (Moon in Sagittarius 90 Neptune in Pisces) opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.

01:02 AM - (Moon in Aquarius 90 Uranus in Taurus) opportunities for increased instincts, willfulness, and aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome. However, this aspect also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.
03:50 AM + (Moon in Aquarius 135 Venus in Virgo) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.

11:27 AM Moon in Aquarius Void until 05:18 PM when it enters the next sign, Pisces.
This Void is almost six hours, so take note because during Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live in on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.

The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
