Feeling Weary
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Timing Report
Moon in Scorpio
Moon in the water sign Scorpio from early this morning until early Monday morning boosts Scorpio, and a lesser degree, the other water signs, Cancer and Pisces. Moon in Scorpio also helps any planets and points you have in Scorpio and should bring together more things for Scorpio on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Scorpio also supports anyone’s involvement with Scorpio-related attitudes and activities such as being more attuned to intimacy, sexuality, and power issues; working on deeper emotions and feelings such as anger and resentment; focusing on self-transformation, esoteric studies, and the mysteries of life; any scientific exploration and research; and dealing with taxes, debts, insurance, wills, surgery, medical records, brokerage accounts, and credit card statements as well as plumbing, sewerage, air conditioning, and recycling.
Feeling Weary
If you are feeling weary from all the news bombarding us day and night, such as coronavirus cases surging and mask-wearing conflicts, a divisive nation in the middle of a contentious presidential campaign, businesses struggling with rising layoffs and unemployment numbers, and on and on, you may want to blame, at least for now, your weariness on the New Moon Constraint explained in my last newsletter and summarized below.
“Challenging Saturn aspects tend to delay, restrict, frustrate, and disappoint versus help and support. Obstacles and difficulties need to be endured, and with patience, resilience, and the proper perspective, they can be successfully overcome.”
Current Sun Sign Factors
The following sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you should know about what is occurring in your horoscope, especially now with the coronavirus dramatically shifting our world as we know it. A complete evaluation of what is happening in your horoscope is far more complex and involved than what any newsletter can present. For example, there are dozens of factors besides your sun sign to consider, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. However, merely being aware of the current transits to the position of your Sun and other planets explained in this newsletter can be invaluable because the outer planets (Uranus Neptune Pluto), for example, can create life-altering trends and events. For a complete analysis, contact me.
Venus, the planet related to love, money, and the arts, in Virgo from October 01 until October 27, brings blessings and benefits to Virgo, and a lesser degree, the other earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn, and the house in your horoscope ruled by Virgo. Check your planets’ exact positions in Virgo to know when Venus will bring benefits to your horoscope.
Mars in Aries from June 27 until January 07, 2021, boosts Aries, and a lesser degree, the other fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius. During this period, Mars, the planet related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, will also be challenging Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Capricorn. Contact me or check the planets or points you have in these signs to know when you will likely experience stress and perhaps make mistakes due to the increased demands, anxiety, and possible conflicts related to these planets and points.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, optimism, opportunities, and good fortune, at 19 degrees Capricorn, brings opportunities for anyone born around the tenth of any month, especially January, April, May, June, July, August, September, and October and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 19 degrees.
Saturn 25.5 degrees Capricorn is likely bringing steady accomplishments for a Capricorn born around January 16 as well as pressures, tests, trials, delays, losses, and even harsh realities for anyone born around the sixteenth of January, April, June, July, August, and October and anyone with points or planets around 25 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Uranus retrograde at 09 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for a Taurus born around April 30 and anyone with planets and points around 09 degrees Taurus. Uranus is also likely creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born around January 30, April 30, July 30, September 30, October 30, and November 30, as well as for anyone with planets and points around 09 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus is also creating possible breakthroughs, advances, and opportunities for a Virgo born around August 30 and a Capricorn born around December 30.
Neptune retrograde at 18.5 degrees Pisces brings opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality and/or deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions for anyone born around the ninth of March, June, August, September, October, and December and anyone with planets and points around 19 degrees Pisces. Neptune in Pisces is also creating opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for a Cancer born around July 09 and a Scorpio born around November 09.
Pluto retrograde at 22.5 degrees Capricorn is a potentially positive influence for a Capricorn born around January 13 and a potentially challenging and transformative period for an Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Libra born around the fourteenth of the month and anyone with planets or points around 22 degrees of the above signs.
Lunar Aspects with Moon in Scorpio
With Moon in Scorpio, there are fewer lunar aspects than usual, and the plus and minus ones are about even. Recall that the lunar (Moon) aspects listed below are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time listed. They can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.
Saturday, October 17
01:05 AM Moon entered Scorpio, where it remains until early Monday morning when it enters the next sign, Sagittarius.
04:23 AM + (Moon in Scorpio 45 Venus in Virgo) opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
06:48 AM - (Moon in Scorpio 135 Neptune in Pisces) opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
03:37 PM - (Moon in Scorpio 180 Uranus in Taurus) opportunities for increased instincts, willfulness, and aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome. However, this aspect also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.
05:52 PM + (Moon in Scorpio 00 Mercury in Scorpio) this once a month lunar aspect brings opportunities for perception, thoughtfulness, communication, and writing because this aspect creates a more active mind. Being in Scorpio, this aspect is particularly favorable for any financial and medical research and analysis.
Sunday, October 18
06:05 AM + (Moon in Scorpio 120 Neptune in Pisces) opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations.
07:38 AM + (Moon in Scorpio 60 Jupiter in Capricorn) opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public. This lunar aspect also increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
08:07 AM - (Moon in Scorpio 150 Mars in Aries) opportunities for being bolder and more direct. However, this aspect can magnify feelings, passions, motivations, and bring upsets, impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions.
05:42 PM Moon in Scorpio Void until 12:42 AM Monday when it enters the next sign, Sagittarius.
This Void is seven hours, so take note because during Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live in on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
During Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in each sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate for you. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.
