Still Dominant
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Timing Report
Moon in Gemini
Moon in the air sign Gemini from Wednesday morning until Friday evening boosts Gemini, and to a lesser degree, the other air signs, Libra and Aquarius. Moon in Gemini also helps any planets and points you have in Gemini and should bring together more things for Gemini on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Gemini also supports anyone’s involvement with Gemini-related activities such as sales, teaching, writing, and intellectual pursuits; communicating and exchanging information by sending emails, writing letters, and calling friends; any social event which connects you with new acquaintances; exploring curiosity by reading a book, watching documentaries, and gathering information on different topics; and short trips for fun, pleasure, and education.
The Extrovert
In astrology, several factors determine if someone is an extrovert or introvert. A starting point is whether the fire (Aries Leo Sagittarius) and air signs (Gemini Libra Aquarius) associated with being an extrovert are emphasized in a horoscope, or the earth (Taurus Virgo Capricorn) and water signs (Cancer Scorpio Pisces) related to being an introvert are emphasized.
Today and tomorrow are extrovert days with Sun in the fire sign Leo and Moon in the air sign Gemini. Leo and Gemini are easy to get to know and easy to be around. They can connect with anyone quickly. Leo wants to be noticed and admired, and Gemini has the words and ways to do so. Gemini is the wind blowing around, and Leo is a sunny day. The air of Gemini expands and spreads the fun-loving nature of the fire sign Leo. And the fire of Leo warms the mental and communication skills of the air sign Gemini.
Both signs enjoy the moment more than other sign combinations. And both signs can benefit from digging deeper and being more reflective than reactive. Professionally, a Leo-Gemini combination is favorable and fertile for any work requiring active and expressive communication such as creative writing, film making, teaching children, and direct sales.
Mars-Pluto Still Dominant
With Moon in Gemini, most of the lunar aspects listed at the end of this newsletter are “-” challenges, but the combustible aspect, Mars square Pluto, still dominates the sky and is far more significant than any lunar aspect. As highlighted in my last newsletter, Mars in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn, in effect last week and this week, increases the possibilities for unrest, turmoil, violence, assaults, injuries, brutality, ruthlessness, murders, explosions, earthquakes, and extreme weather.
This planetary combination is also related to fanaticism and self-righteousness with a need to “be right,” leaving little room for compromise or contrary thinking. All this will continue to intensify the unrest and protests around the globe and all the issues related to the coronavirus, such as the fiscal stimulus debate in Washington, the challenges for students, parents, and teachers with schools reopening, and whether or not there will be high school, college, and professional sports this Fall.
This aspect is particularly relevant for anyone born around the twenty-third day of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn and anyone with planets or points around 23 degrees of the above signs.
On the plus side, a Mars-Pluto aspect is favorable for hard work, focused efforts, determination, persistence, and endurance. It represents the fighter and soldier and can generate extraordinary energy, stamina, and determination to help you be more productive and achieving. There are always positive and productive ways to work with and manifest challenging planetary energies.

Current Sun Sign Factors
The following sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you should know about what is occurring in your horoscope, especially now with the coronavirus dramatically shifting our world as we know it. A complete evaluation of what is happening in your horoscope is far more complex and involved than what any newsletter can present. For example, there are dozens of factors besides your sun sign, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. However, merely being aware of the current transits to the position of your Sun and other planets explained in this newsletter can be invaluable because the outer planets (Uranus Neptune Pluto), for example, can create life-altering trends and events. For a complete analysis, contact me.
Venus, the planet related to love, money, and the arts, is in Cancer until September 06 when it enters the next sign, Leo. Venus in Cancer brings blessings and benefits to Cancer, and to a lesser degree, the other water signs, Scorpio and Pisces, and the house in your horoscope ruled by Cancer. Check your planets’ exact positions in Cancer to know when Venus will be bringing benefits to your horoscope.

During this period, Mars, the planet related to desires, passions, conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress, will also be challenging Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Capricorn. Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, opportunities, and good fortune, retrograde at 19 degrees Capricorn, brings opportunities for anyone born around the tenth of any month, especially January, April, May, July, September, and October and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 19 degrees.
Saturn, retrograde at 27 degrees Capricorn, is likely bringing additional pressures along with tests, trials, delays, losses, and harsh realities for anyone born around the eighteenth of April, June, July, August, and October and anyone with points or planets around 27 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Uranus at 10.5 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for a Taurus born around May 01 and anyone with planets and points around 10 degrees Taurus. Uranus is also likely creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born around January 31, May 01, July 31, October 01, October 31, and December 01 as well as for anyone with planets and points around 10 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.
Neptune retrograde and approaching 20 degrees Pisces brings opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality and/or deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions for anyone born around the tenth of March, June, August, September, October, and December and anyone with planets and points around 20 degrees Pisces. Neptune in Pisces is also creating opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for a Cancer born around July 10 and a Scorpio born around November 10.
Pluto retrograde at 23 degrees Capricorn is a potentially positive influence for a Capricorn born around January 14 and a potentially challenging and transformative period for an Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Libra born around the fourteenth of the month and anyone with planets or points around 23 degrees of the above signs.
Lunar Aspects with Moon in Gemini
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed below are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time given. They can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.
Wednesday, August 12
09:45 AM Moon entered Gemini, where it remains until Friday evening when it enters the next sign, Cancer.
05:28 PM + (Moon in Gemini 135 Jupiter in Capricorn) opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public. This lunar aspect also increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
Thursday, August 13
01:37 AM - (Moon in Gemini 45 Mars in Aries) opportunities for being bolder and more direct. However, this aspect can magnify feelings, passions, and motivations, and bring upsets, impatience, differences, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions.
01:40 AM - (Moon in Gemini 135 Pluto in Capricorn) opportunities for digging deeper into your emotions and feelings. However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.
09:15 AM - (Moon in Gemini 135 Saturn in Capricorn) opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect is challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.
10:23 PM + (Moon in Gemini 150 Jupiter in Capricorn) opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public. This lunar aspect also increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
Friday, August 14
01:16 AM - (Moon in Gemini 90 Neptune in Pisces) opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
06:31 AM - (Moon in Gemini 150 Pluto in Capricorn) opportunities for digging deeper into your emotions and feelings. However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.
11:30 AM - (Moon in Gemini 45 Uranus in Taurus) opportunities for increased instincts, willfulness, and aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome. However, this aspect also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.
01:46 PM - (Moon in Gemini 150 Saturn in Capricorn) opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect is challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.
03:23 PM + (Moon in Gemini 00 Node in Gemini) this once a month lunar aspect brings opportunities for connecting with people via networking, social interactions, and alliances with groups large and small.
03:23 PM Moon in Gemini Void until 07:35 PM when it enters the next sign, Gemini.
This Void is more than four hours, so take note because during Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters do not intend to tell you what will happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can plan your life more wisely. It is often apparent which time frames are better than others for timing the start of a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. For example, if you live in on the West Coast, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you can better time your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
During Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, dozens of factors besides one's sun sign need to be considered.

We will schedule a private consultation at my office or on the phone, so you can know more about your future and better understand the issues and opportunities in your life as well as your relationships, job, career, education, finances, children, parents, travel, health, location, retirement, karma, and purpose in life.
