Moon in Virgo
Moon in Virgo from Friday morning until late Sunday morning gives a boost to Virgo, and a lesser degree, to the other earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn. Moon in Virgo also helps any planets and points you have in Virgo and should bring more things together for Virgo on a short-term basis.
Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Virgo supports anyone’s involvement with Virgo-related attitudes and activities such as getting things done efficiently and effectively; correcting faults, flaws, and problems; focusing on diet, nutrition, health, and hygiene; and helping others and being in service without needing special attention.
Busy Minds
Every sign is ruled by a planet. With Sun in Gemini and Moon in Virgo, we have two signs ruled by the same planet, Mercury, the planet related to information, learning, and communication, which makes these signs more rational than emotional, and more intellectually inclined than other sign combinations.
The air-sign Gemini enjoys playing with ideas without needing a purpose or result. Its mental restlessness requires stimulating ideas, intellectual challenges, and interactions with people. The earth-sign Virgo is more the hard-working perfectionist with a talent for details and organizing affairs. It is more practical, conscientious, and focused on results.
The main problem with a Gemini-Virgo emphasis in your horoscope or a relationship is too many things going on and going in too many directions at once. The mind is too active, the forces can be scattered, and the energies become depleted due to the fickle and often scattered nature of Mercury.
As soon as a task or project nears completion, more tasks and projects tend to creep up and take the attention away from completing what was already started. The solution is being more focused and more selective with your involvements.
All this is related to the dictionary’s definition of “mercurial.” It’s someone whose mood or behavior is changeable and unpredictable, or someone who is clever, lively, and quick. Mercurial people are full of life. They're quick-witted, change their minds a lot, and change from one mood to another. These are qualities we associate with the god, with the metal, and with people "born under" the planet.

One is the traditional geocentric chart based on the position of the planets and points looking out at the heavens from the center of the earth at the moment of your birth. For many years I have used both with my research and consultations to discover many fascinating insights, correlations, and confirmations between the two horoscopes.

Current Sun Sign Factors
The following sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you need to know about what is occurring in your horoscope, especially now with the Coronavirus dramatically shifting our world as we know it. A complete evaluation of what is happening in your horoscope is far more complex and involved than what any newsletter can present. For example, there are dozens of factors to consider besides your sun sign, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. However, merely being aware of the current transits to the position of your Sun and other planets explained in this newsletter can be invaluable because the outer planets (Uranus Neptune Pluto), for example, can create life-altering trends and events. Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, opportunities, and good fortune, retrograde at 27 degrees Capricorn, brings opportunities for anyone born around the eighteenth of any month, especially January, April, May, July, September, and October and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 27 degrees.
Saturn, retrograde at 1.5 degrees Aquarius, is likely bringing additional pressures along with tests, trials, delays, losses, and harsh realities for anyone born around the twenty-second of April, June, July, August, and October and anyone with points or planets around 02 degrees of Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, and Scorpio.
Uranus at 8.5 degrees Taurus brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for a Taurus born around April 29 and anyone with planets and points around 09 degrees Taurus. Uranus is also likely creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born around the twenty-ninth of January, April, July, September, October, and November as well as for anyone with planets and points around 09 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.
Neptune approaching 21 degrees Pisces is creating favorable opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality and/or deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions, for a Pisces born around March 12 and anyone with planets and points around 21 degrees Pisces. Neptune in Pisces is also creating opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for a Cancer born around July 12 and a Scorpio born around November 12.
Pluto retrograde at 25 degrees Capricorn is a potentially positive influence for a Capricorn born around January 15 and a potentially challenging and transformative period for an Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Libra born around the fifteenth of the month and anyone with planets or points around 25 degrees of the above signs.
Lunar Aspects with Moon in Virgo
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed below are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time given. They can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.

07:40 AM Moon entered Virgo, where it remains until late Sunday morning when it enters the next sign, Libra.
10:34 AM - (Moon in Virgo 150 Saturn in Aquarius) brings opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect is also challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.
10:14 PM + (Moon in Virgo 120 Uranus in Taurus) brings opportunities for instincts, intuition, and forward-looking aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome, especially anything involving business and professional matters because this aspect involves the earth signs, Taurus and Virgo.
Saturday, May 30
12:23 AM - (Moon in Virgo 135 Pluto in Capricorn) brings opportunities for digging deeper into your emotions and feelings. However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.
03:34 AM - (Moon in Virgo 180 Mars in Pisces) this once a month lunar aspect brings opportunities for trusting your instincts and being bolder and more direct with how you feel and express yourself. However, this aspect can magnify feelings, passions, and motivations, and bring upsets, impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions.
04:01 AM + (Moon in Virgo 135 Jupiter in Capricorn) brings opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public because it increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
11:18 AM + (Moon in Virgo 90 Venus in Gemini) brings opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
12:11 PM - (Moon in Virgo 135 Saturn in Aquarius) brings opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect is also challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.
07:13 PM - (Moon in Virgo 180 Neptune in Pisces) this once a month lunar aspect brings opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation, and highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
11:46 PM - (Moon in Virgo 135 Uranus in Taurus) brings opportunities for instincts, intuition, and forward-looking aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome. However, this aspect also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.

01:46 AM + (Moon in Virgo 120 Pluto in Capricorn) brings opportunities for psychic impressions and being more in touch with your deeper feelings and emotions.
05:16 AM + (Moon in Virgo 120 Jupiter Capricorn) brings opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public because it increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
09:20 AM + (Moon in Virgo 90 Node in Gemini) this once a month lunar aspect brings opportunities for connecting with people via networking, social interactions, and alliances with groups large and small.
09:20 AM Moon in Virgo Void until 10:37 AM when it enters the next sign, Libra.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for astrology students. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters do not intend to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event.
The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. If you live in on the West Coast, for example, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.
The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
During Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon is in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
The traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality. However, the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are many factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
