Ed Kluska’s Astrology Timing Report

If you need clarification with any of these factors or explanations, contact me.

Moon in Leo

Moon in Leo from Wednesday evening until Saturday morning gives a boost to Leo, and a lesser degree, to the other fire signs, Aries and Sagittarius. Moon in Leo also helps any planets and points you have in Leo and should help bring more things together for Leo on a short-term basis.

Within the context of social distancing, Moon in Leo supports anyone’s involvement with Leo-related such as romance and courtship; connecting more with children and loved ones; fun, parties, entertainment, hobbies, and recreation; theater, art, and creative endeavors; wherever leadership and self-assurance can be applied; being on stage and projecting your confidence; and what is dramatic, glamorous, and in the public limelight.

Love & Money

With Moon in Leo and Sun in Taurus, we have two signs which have a lot to do with love and money. Always keep in mind that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate.

Taurus is security-oriented while Leo is more the risk-taker. Taurus is complacency and satisfaction while Leo wants to be and do more. Taurus is more practical, easy-going, and down to earth. Leo is more dramatic with their feelings and expressions. Taurus does not need to be as much the center of attention. It can be supportive rather than competitive, as opposed to Leo, who needs to be front and center.

Taurus and Leo are fixed signs, so there is a tendency toward being stubborn, willful, and inflexible. Both signs are loyal and will protect and stand by loved ones in good and bad times. They tend to be constant with their affections and faithfulness to their friends. Both signs tend to be indulgent and pleasure oriented. Taurus is more self-indulgent. With Leo, it’s more about indulging loved ones.

There is also a lot of sensuality and sexuality related to these two signs. Strong desires and passions. Nothing wrong with sex, fun, and pleasure, but it can be too much too quickly without a longer-term perspective. I’ve seen children with Taurus and Leo strong in their horoscopes “burn out” early by having too many “good things” too soon in their lives. What’s there then to look forward to?

With a Taurus-Leo emphasis in a relationship, money issues are likely. Taurus wants to have and hold on to, and Leo wants to spend and enjoy. Moderation is the key. You can’t have your cake and eat it.

On the plus side, the pragmatism of Taurus can temper and stabilize Leo’s tendency to spend and enjoy more and more. And Leo’s need to be creative and expressive and to get out there and have fun can motivate Taurus to move beyond its set habits and lifestyle.

Lunar Challenges

With Moon in Leo, there are six challenging lunar aspects you want to be aware of. Thursday: Moon 180 Saturn, Moon 135 Neptune, and Moon 90 Uranus. Friday: Moon 150 Neptune, Moon 90 Mars, and Moon 150 Pluto. Recall that the lunar (Moon) aspects listed at the end of these newsletters are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time given. They can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.

Current Sun Sign Factors

The following sign assessments are only “the tip of the iceberg” for what you need to know about what is occurring in your horoscope, especially now with the coronavirus dramatically shifting our world as we know it. A complete evaluation of what is happening in your horoscope is far more complex and involved than what any newsletter can present. For example, there are dozens of factors to consider besides your sun sign, such as the transits to all the planets and points in your horoscope. However, merely being aware of the current transits to the position of your Sun and other planets explained in this newsletter can be invaluable because the outer planets (Uranus Neptune Pluto), for example, can create life-altering trends and events. For a complete analysis, contact me.

Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, opportunities, and good fortune, approaching 27 degrees Capricorn, brings opportunities for anyone born around the eighteenth of any month, especially January, April, May, July, September, and October and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 27 degrees.

Saturn, approaching 02 degrees Aquarius, is likely bringing additional pressures along with tests, trials, delays, losses, and harsh realities for anyone born around the twenty-second of April, June, July, August, and October and anyone with points or planets around 02 degrees of Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, and Scorpio.

Uranus, approaching at 07 degrees Taurus, brings significant shifts, changes, adjustments, breakthroughs, and even shocks for a Taurus born around April 28 and anyone with planets and points around 07 degrees Taurus. Uranus is also likely creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born around the twenty-seventh of January, April, July, September, October, and November as well as for anyone with planets and points around 07 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.

Neptune at 20 degrees Pisces is creating favorable opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality and/or deception, confusion, weakness, and even illnesses and debilitating conditions, for a Pisces born around March 10 and anyone with planets and points around 20 degrees Pisces. Neptune in Pisces is also creating opportunities for healing, inspiration, imagination, creativity, and spirituality for a Cancer born around July 10 and a Scorpio born around November 10.

Pluto turned retrograde last Saturday at 25 degrees Capricorn, which means it has been stationary for the past few weeks at 25 degrees Capricorn. Stationary positions are quite significant because the planet “sits” at a certain point in the zodiac for weeks versus days, which can generate powerful influences. Pluto’s current stationary position is a potentially positive influence for a Capricorn born around January 15 and a potentially challenging and transformative period for an Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Libra born around the fifteenth of the month and anyone with planets or points around 25 degrees of the above signs.

Lunar Aspects with Moon in Leo

The lunar (Moon) aspects listed below are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time given. However, they can be quite relevant for right timing, that is, choosing to start or initiate a meeting, decision, project, or trip, for example, at a favorable time.

Wednesday, April 29

09:06 PM Moon entered Leo, where it remains until Saturday morning when it enters the next sign, Virgo.

Thursday, April 30

12:26 AM - (Moon in Leo 180 Saturn in Aquarius) brings opportunities for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities. However, this aspect is challenging because it is emotionally restrictive and can create issues, worries, and differences.

03:59 AM + (Moon in Leo 45 Venus in Gemini) brings opportunities for cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.

06:26 AM - (Moon in Leo 135 Neptune in Pisces) brings opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation as well as highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.

06:46 AM + (Moon in Leo 90 Mercury in Taurus) brings opportunities for reflection and communication because this aspect creates a more active exchange between the conscious and unconscious minds.

09:20 AM - (Moon in Leo 90 Uranus in Taurus) brings opportunities for instincts, intuition, and forward-looking aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome. However, this aspect also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations.

04:38 PM (Moon in Leo 90 Sun in Taurus) the exact time for the Quarter Moon related to Taurus-Leo sign descriptions of the top of this newsletter.

Friday, May 01

12:13 AM + (Moon in Leo 45 Node in Cancer) brings opportunities for connecting with people via networking, social interactions, and alliances with groups large and small.

08:51 AM - (Moon in Leo 150 Neptune in Pisces) brings opportunities for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation as well as highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. However, this aspect increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion and is not ideal for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.

12:04 PM - (Moon in Leo 180 Mars in Aquarius) brings opportunities for trusting your instincts and being bolder and more direct with how you feel and express yourself. However, this aspect can magnify feelings, passions, and motivations, and bring upsets, impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions.

05:01 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Pluto in Capricorn) brings opportunities for digging deeper into your emotions and feelings. However, this aspect can complicate relationships with subtle yet emotionally charged situations, including manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors may not be fully realized until later.

08:28 PM + (Moon in Leo 150 Jupiter in Capricorn) brings opportunities for any interpersonal situation, including meetings and working with the public because it increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.

08:28 PM Moon in Leo Void until 01:35 AM Saturday when it enters the next sign, Virgo.

This Void is more than five hours, so take note because during Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. It’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.

Guidelines for Using This Information

These newsletters are not your typical sun sign column. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for students of astrology. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.

Keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.

The times given are for the Eastern Time Zone, so you need to adjust the times for where you live. If you live in on the West Coast, for example, there is a three-hour difference, which means you need to subtract three hours.

The plus (+) lunar aspects are favorable. The minus (-) lunar aspects are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - lunar aspect, which means that aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.

The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope. However, if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.

The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try: the better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.

During Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.

The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your

horoscope.

Note that the traits and qualities I assign to the signs in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
