On Edge With An Explosive Week
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Timing Report
My next newsletter will cover the high number of * factors now in effect. This newsletter focuses on the most significant of these * factors, and that is Mars square Taurus.
In effect from about the middle this past week until next Thursday, July 11, Mars in Leo square Uranus in Taurus involves a clash between two high-energy planets which typically brings more excitement, restlessness, impulsiveness, aggravations, and ego battles than usual. The status quo tends to be upset with surprises, unexpected events, turbulent changes, and highly charged situations. It can be like lightning bolts coming out of nowhere.
This dynamic aspect also increases the possibilities for differences, outbursts, rage, strife, assaults, attacks, accidents, injuries, violence, explosions, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, extreme weather, electrical storms and blackouts, and battles, suicide bombings, and terrorist acts.
People with a challenging Mars-Uranus aspect in their horoscope are typically bold, courageous, and freedom-loving, but also prone to obstinacy, intolerance, tensions, brutal frankness, rash acts, and accidents and injuries.
These current events are examples of what typically occurs when a challenging Mars-Uranus aspect is active.
“A quake with a magnitude of 7.1 jolted much of California, cracking buildings, setting fires, breaking roads and causing several injuries while seismologists warned that large aftershocks were expected to continue for days, if not weeks.”
“A shopping center in Plantation, Fla., was rocked on Saturday by an event the town's fire department is calling a "possible gas explosion." It injured approximately 20 people and caused significant damage to multiple businesses. No fatalities have been reported in the immediate aftermath of the explosion.”
“The temperature in Anchorage reached 89 degrees on the Fourth of July, shattering an all-time record as Alaska suffers through a heat wave. The National Weather Service warned temperatures on Friday could again exceed the previous record at Anchorage International Airport of 85 degrees, set on June 14, 1969. AccuWeather predicts that over the next few days, high temperatures across the state will be up to 20 degrees above normal for this time of year.”
“Investigators for the Department of Homeland Security's Inspector General found extreme overcrowding and unsanitary conditions in Rio Grande Valley migrant holding facilities, with some children lacking access to showers and sleeping on concrete floors. The investigators published the report Tuesday to serve as a departmental "management alert." A senior manager at one facility said the conditions had created a "ticking time bomb." Some of the detained immigrants banged on cell windows when they spotted the investigators. One migrant pressed a note to the window, saying: "Help. 40 Day Here."
For you, it will probably be life as usual, but if you were born around the twenty-seventh of January, February, April, July, September, October, November, December or have planets and points around 06 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces, you should be extra careful and vigilant.
On the plus side, this intense aspect increases the possibilities for courage, determination, virility, and leadership. It represents the fighter and soldier and can generate extra energy and stamina to help you be more productive and achieving. Mars-Uranus aspects also increase the possibilities for profound scientific and technical breakthroughs which we will probably not know about until much later. Mars activates, and Uranus brings originality, creativity, innovations, and exciting shifts and discoveries with our thoughts and actions.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters are not your typical sun sign columns. They provide much more information and guidance, but with so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for students of astrology. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (up to a week or more). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant than the * factors because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor, which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your
horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
