This is an important week. As stated in my last newsletter, “The middle two weeks of June are probably the most challenging and even perilous this year.”
The reason is that a powerful and challenging Mars-Saturn-Pluto alignment will heighten differences and bring many issues to a head. Shocks, disputes, intolerances, instability, restlessness, ego-battles, and highly charged situations are more likely. The possibilities are also increased for storms, weather extremes, natural disasters, attacks, aggression, accidents, shootings, violence, protests, anarchy, and escalated military tensions.
For most people (depending on your horoscope and personal cycles), nothing special will happen, but those with their Sun, Moon, planets, and points around nineteen to twenty-two degrees of the cardinal signs (Aries, Libra, Cancer, Capricorn) should be vigilant.
Furthermore, with an unusually high number of significant factors in effect this week, it may be even more challenging for you to sort everything out in this newsletter. This is where I come in by telling you that the most critical *** factors are listed below. They are all challenging which is why when a client asked me a month ago about starting a new business around this time, and another client asked me about making an important decision around this time, I explained to them what was going on in the sky and advised them to postpone their decisions and work with me to choose a better time to act.

However, enthusiastic ideas and plans need to be balanced with attention to details; else there are errors in judgment and promises that one cannot deliver.
*** 10:00 AM - (Mercury in Cancer 180 Saturn in Capricorn) in effect this past week, this aspect occurs twice a year and can bring differences of opinions as well as problems and delays with contracts and agreements. People with this aspect have excellent powers of observation and depth to their thoughts because Mercury is thoughts and thinking, and Saturn brings depth and thoroughness. They prefer the concrete and practical versus the abstract but are prone to be inhibited, mistrustful, and cynical. Their thoughts are so deep, serious, and critical that they often wish they were not so heavy and thorough. They want to feel “a bit lighter,” but their mind keeps wanting to figure everything out with preciseness and exactness.
*** 11:21 AM - (Jupiter in Sagittarius 90 Neptune in Pisces) this aspect, in effect this whole year and exact at this time, was reported in a newsletter earlier this year when I stated, “In my 2019 Forecast Workshop I discussed dozens of topics including the effects of a major aspect, Jupiter in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces, in effect most of this year. One impact from this aspect will be increased rain and flooding resulting in many problems including mudslides and crop damage. Neptune rules water, Pisces is ruled by Neptune, and square aspects from Jupiter tend to magnify and overdo whatever it touches. Therefore, I suggest that 2019 should be a good year to be a plumber or to have a business dealing with floods and water damage.”

01:14 PM + (Moon in Sagittarius 150 Node in Cancer) favors networking, social interactions, and alliances with groups large and small.
03:08 PM + (Moon in Sagittarius 00 Jupiter in Sagittarius) this wonderful once a month lunar aspect creates optimism favoring interpersonal situations including meetings and working with the public because this lunar aspect increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, shared feelings, positive attitudes, and uplifting emotional support.
Note: the three challenging lunar aspects below occur within a short time.
03:10 PM - (Moon in Sagittarius 90 Neptune in Pisces) increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion as well as highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. This period is better for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation than for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
06:15 PM - (Moon in Sagittarius 135 Uranus in Taurus) this lunar aspect brings opportunities for instincts, intuition, and forward-looking aspirations regarding anything new, different, exciting, and adventuresome. However, this aspect also can also bring nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, volatility, and emotionally charged situations, especially involving females.
06:19 PM - (Moon in Sagittarius 150 Mars in Cancer) intensifies feelings and interpersonal situations and is likely to bring upsets, impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that upsets and volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.
Guidelines for Using This Information
These newsletters provide much more information and guidance than other sun sign horoscope columns. With so many factors presented, it can be difficult to sort everything out, even for students of astrology. I try to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.
Keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (***) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (up to a week or more). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant than the *** factors because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the *** factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor, which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference with important decisions and events.
During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
