Trump’s High Scores
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Newsletter
Moon entered Aries Wednesday evening, and this morning it “catches up” with the Sun to form a New Moon in Aries at 04:50 AM Eastern time. A minor but nasty Mars-Saturn aspect culminates on Sunday, and several clusters of aspects for this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are covered in this newsletter including four challenging lunar aspects today. Also, for important decisions and starts, be aware that two challenging solar aspects coming to a head next week are not ideal for right timing. My next newsletter will cover these important aspects.
Trump’s Personality Scores
A recent New York Times article stated, “President Trump has long been focused on measuring his brand, obsessively reviewing television ratings, cataloging his magazine covers and fixating on polls. But Mr. Trump may not like how his brand is faring in one important metric: his “E-Score,” a number compiled by E-Poll Market Research that is not publicly available, but which marketing executives, network television stations and advertisers rely on to figure out which personalities appeal to audiences — and which do not.
Like the Q Score, which measures the appeal of celebrities, the E-Score calculates awareness and appeal of individuals in the public eye. But it also tracks how individuals score on more than 40 personality and physical attributes. In terms of those attributes, Mr. Trump was most often described as “aggressive” (48 percent) and “mean” (38 percent), according to his scores from December that were obtained by The New York Times. He also scored high for being “insincere,” “confident” and “creepy.”
But he scored between 0 and 4 percent for the attributes of “sexy,” “impartial,” “handsome” and “physically fit.” About 29 percent of people described Mr. Trump as “overexposed.” And his overall strong positive appeal is 14 percent, compared with an overall strong negative appeal of 39 percent.
Marketing, advertising and entertainment executives pay E-Poll Market Research an annual subscription of $17,000 and up to access its database, allowing them to analyze the views of American consumers and assess the marketing effectiveness of each celebrity rated. The company, which has about 10,000 profiles in its database and surveys about 1,100 online participants every week, started tracking Mr. Trump when he was a television personality on The Apprentice, according to a spokesman.”
The point is that some people could have saved $17,000 by listening to my $33 Annual Forecast Workshops in which I detailed President Trump’s personality from an astrological perspective beginning with the primaries before the last presidential election. I explained all his positive and challenging factors including Mars conjunct his Leo Ascendant would make him bold, courageous, leading, spontaneous, brash, pushy, aggressive, quarrelsome, impulsive, attacking, feisty, edgy, demanding, quick-tempered, warrior-like, and imposing his will on others. I also explained how his discordant Mercury square Neptune aspect would make him prone to falsehoods, fabrications, confusion, poor judgments, miscalculations, and incorrect behavior.

The * Factors
Are significant for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (up to a week or more). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed. The aspects become exact at the Eastern Times listed, but the influences can extend beyond these times.
Friday 04:50 AM * (New Moon at 15° Aries) benefits Aries and the house in your horoscope ruled by Aries. With Sun and Moon in Aries, the sign of excitement and spontaneity, you are more in tune with the stars by being involved with Aries-related attitudes and matters such as initiative, independence, competition, leadership, crusading, innovation, pioneering, exploratory, athletics, outdoor activities, and manual labor.
Sunday 08:18 PM - * (Mars in Gemini 135 Saturn Capricorn) this minor aspect involves two stress-related planets so it can intensify matters and brings controversies and issues into focus. Tensions can run high, and people can feel frustrated. Fears, delays, disputes, bitterness, uncertainties, and heightened differences are more likely. The probabilities also increase for accidents, violence, murders, crime, terrorism, and military conflicts. On the other hand, Mars-Saturn aspects favor hard work, focused efforts, determination, persistence, and endurance.
The Lunar Aspects
Are less significant than the * factors listed above because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Times given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.

Guidelines for Using This Information
I keep this information as clear and straightforward as possible, but even for students of astrology, it can be difficult to sort everything out. There are many factors to consider, and sometimes the overlapping influences are contradictory. You might say this is just like life.
For starts, keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (up to a week or more). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the Eastern Time given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
