Ed Kluska’s Astrology Newsletter
This weekend is relatively light and calm in the sky when compared to the second half of this past work week, for example, when there were five * factors as reported in my last newsletter. In fact, there is little activity in the sky except for some challenging lunar aspects you should know about.
Moon in Capricorn from this morning until Monday evening creates extra benefits for anyone putting on their work hat and being more Capricorn-like: practical, orderly, patient, economical, resourceful, responsible, and productive.
Sun Sign Updates
Venus, the planet of love, affection, and money, at 04 degrees Scorpio benefits anyone born around the twenty-fifth of any month, especially October, and anyone with planets and points at 04 degrees of any sign.
Mars, the planet of effort and desire, at 14.5 degrees Pisces is likely bringing stress and conflicts for anyone with planets or points at 15 degrees of Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Pisces.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, and good fortune, at 07 degrees Sagittarius, brings opportunities for anyone born around the twenty-eighth of any month, especially November, and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 07 degrees.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should know that Saturn at 09 degrees Capricorn is likely creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the thirtieth of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 09 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Saturday, December 08
07:01 AM Moon entered Capricorn which favors Capricorn and the other two earth signs, Taurus and Virgo, for the next three days as well as any points and planets you have in Capricorn.
Sunday, December 09
12:08 AM + - (Moon in Capricorn 00 Saturn in Capricorn) this once a month heavy-duty lunar aspect can manifest both positively and negatively. It provides an atmosphere for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities, especially involving business and professional matters; but this aspect can also bring some harsh realities about your family and the females in your life. People with this lunar aspect are responsible, hard-working, and conscientious, but can also be somber, pessimistic, lonely, and find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions.
10:20 PM + - (Moon in Capricorn 00 Pluto in Capricorn) this once a month powerful lunar aspect symbolizes females who are influential, productive, and psychic. It can also increase the possibilities for subtle yet highly charged emotional situations involving manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles, although these factors often not realized until later.
Monday, December 10
12:57 PM + (Moon in Capricorn 180 Node in Cancer) favors networking and reaching out to others because this aspect enhances social interactions as well as any connections or alliances with groups large and small.
04:26 PM - (Moon in Capricorn 90 Uranus in Aries) enhances instincts and willfulness but also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, and emotionally charged situations.
4:26 PM Moon in Capricorn Void until 06:39 PM when it enters the next sign, Aquarius.
Guidelines for Using This Information
I keep this information as clear and straightforward as possible, but even for students of astrology, it can be difficult to sort everything out. There are many factors to consider, and sometimes the overlapping influences are contradictory. You might say this is just like life.
For starts, keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
