Second, after the Moon enters Leo Tuesday morning, four positive factors in succession create a terrific opportunity for many activities including advertising, marketing, and promotion. And third, late Tuesday afternoon two challenging lunar aspects occur close together.
Positive Sun Sign Updates
All signs should know that Venus, the planet of love, affection, and money, at 27 degrees Libra benefits anyone born around the eighteenth of any month, especially October, and anyone with planets and points around 28 degrees.
All signs should know that Jupiter, the planet of hope, opportunity, and expansion, at
04 degrees Sagittarius brings opportunities for anyone born around the twenty-fifth of any month, especially November, and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 04 degrees.
The earth signs (Taurus Virgo Capricorn) should know that Saturn at 7.5 degrees Capricorn is offering support and steadiness for anyone born around the twenty-eighth of April, August, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 08 degrees of the earth signs.
The fire signs (Aries Leo Sagittarius) should know that Uranus at 29 degrees Aries is offering possibilities for innovation, breakthroughs, and positive changes for those born late in the fire signs and for anyone with planets and points around 29 degrees of the fire signs.
The water signs (Cancer Scorpio Pisces) should know that Neptune at 14 degrees Pisces is bringing possibilities for inspiration, creativity, healing, and spirituality for anyone born around the fifth of March, July, and November and for anyone with planets and points around 15 degrees of the water signs.
The earth signs (Taurus Virgo Capricorn) should know that Pluto, the planet of transformation and new beginnings, at 19.5 degrees Capricorn is likely producing positive changes and transformations for those born around the tenth of January, May, and September and for anyone with planets or points around 19 degrees of the earth signs.

10:06 AM - (Moon in Cancer 180 Pluto in Capricorn) can create complicated interpersonal situations, especially involving females. Subtle yet highly charged emotional situations involving manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles are more likely although these factors are often not fully realized until later.
11:15 PM + (Moon in Cancer 90 Venus in Libra) favors sharing and social interactions because this lunar aspect fosters cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, and artistic expression, especially involving females.

12:11 AM + (Moon in Cancer 120 Chiron in Pisces) symbolizes caring females and opportunities for healing relationships and families.
12:17 AM + (Moon in Cancer 00 Node in Cancer) this once a month lunar aspect favors networking and reaching out to others because this aspect enhances social interactions as well as any connections or alliances with groups large and small.
02:21 AM - (Moon in Cancer 90 Uranus in Aries) enhances instincts and willfulness but also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, and emotionally charged situations.
02:21 AM Moon in Cancer Void until 03:34 AM when it enters the next sign, Leo, where it remains until Thursday morning when it enters the next sign, Virgo.
03:34 AM Moon enters Leo which boosts the fire signs (Aries Leo Sagittarius) especially Leo and any planets and points in your horoscope in Leo. Moon in Leo also favors anyone’s involvement with Leo-related activities such as romance, courtship, children, and loved ones; fun, hobbies, recreation, art, theater, and creative endeavors; and wherever the natural qualities of leadership and self-assurance can be applied.
04:14 AM + * (Sun in Sagittarius 00 Mercury in Sagittarius) this once a year solar aspect, in effect this past week, increases the possibilities for mental powers and prowess. People with this aspect have a wealth of ideas and often enjoy intellectual successes, but they tend to talk too much and at you versus with you.
10:41 AM + (Moon in Leo 120 Jupiter in Sagittarius) favors being around people and working with the public because this aspect increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive attitudes, shared feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
11:22 AM + (Moon in Leo 120 Mercury in Sagittarius) favors reflection, writing, and communication because this lunar aspect creates a more active exchange between the conscious and unconscious minds.
12:38 PM + * (Moon in Leo 120 Sun in Sagittarius) this harmonious Sun-Moon aspect involves a fire sign combination, Leo and Sagittarius, which can inspire others with its generosity, idealism, and confidence and is related to leadership, exploration, and aspirations.
I have seen clients with a Leo-Sagittarius emphasis to be confident, direct, outgoing, independent, progressive, and forward thinking. They are friendly, enjoy meeting new people, and love to take on new challenges and adventures. They want to move onward and upward with their lives. They thrive in situations where there’s energy, excitement, action, movement, dynamism, and drama. They are not happy unless they have a beautiful dream to believe in.
The downside for this vigorous and active approach to life is not being particularly nurturing or sentimental. They can be overbearing and irritating as they express themselves openly and freely without regard for the needs and opinions of others. They need to become more understanding, sensitive, and compassionate by realizing that most people are not as innately positive, confident, extroverted, and motivated as they are.
Professionally, a Leo-Sagittarius emphasis is a plus for any work related to marketing, advertising, and promotion as well as coaching, publishing, athletics, outdoor adventures, and international activities.
04:05 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Mars in Pisces) intensifies any situation and is likely to bring impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.
04:06 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Saturn in Capricorn) can create issues, worries, and differences, especially involving females and families. People with this lunar aspect are typically responsible, hard-working, and conscientious, but can also be lonely, melancholic, and find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions.
05:27 PM + * (Mercury in Sagittarius 00 Jupiter in Sagittarius) this terrific aspect in effect this past week occurs once a year and can bring a wealth of ideas, intellectual success, and the gift of speech. It is associated with the writer, scientist, and trial attorney. People with this aspect are open-minded, optimistic, and want to broaden their experiences. They have writing, teaching, language skills, and the ability to grasp the big picture.
Guidelines for Using This Information
I keep this information as clear and straightforward as possible, but even for students of astrology, it can be difficult to sort everything out. There are many factors to consider, and sometimes the overlapping influences are contradictory. You might say this is just like life.
For starts, keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
