With Moon in Leo from late Tuesday evening until early Friday morning, the fire signs (Aries Leo Sagittarius) especially Leo are in favor as are any planets and points in your horoscope in Leo. Moon in Leo also favors anyone’s involvement with Leo-related activities such as romance, courtship, children, and loved ones; fun, hobbies, recreation, art, theater, and creative endeavors; and where the natural qualities of leadership and self-assurance can be applied.
With Sun in the water-sign Scorpio and Moon now in the fire-sign Leo, we have an intense and passionate Sun-Moon combination. Fire and water create boiling water. You need to handle it carefully. There can be more intensity and challenges expressing from the heart (Leo) one’s deeper feelings and emotions (Scorpio).
Leo is more open, confident, enthusiastic and optimistic. It is the extrovert feeling it’s presence and self-importance, so it seeks the big stage where it can perform and be admired. Scorpio is more inwardly oriented. It is more of a hermit and operates more subtly with a tendency toward privacy and secrets.
Leo is the king and queen. Scorpio is more the king and queen-maker. Leo wants to be primarily recognized while Scorpio can be comfortable managing from behind the scenes. With Leo, there is a proclivity toward children, entertainment, and the arts. With Scorpio, the proclivity is toward science, mathematics, and research.

Time Frames for Right Timing
From the aspects listed in this newsletter, you can see there is a streak of five - lunar aspects from early this afternoon until late Thursday morning while Thursday evening has two + lunar aspects. This does not mean everything is negatively inclined and will go wrong until Thursday evening. It means you may want to plan your activities and decisions according to these differences keeping in mind that lunar (Moon) aspects are in effect for hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given.
Sun Sign Updates
Venus, the planet of love, affection, and money, retrograde at 00 degrees Scorpio is benefitting anyone born around the twenty-first of any month, especially October, and anyone with planets and points at 00 degrees.
Mars, the planet of effort and desire, at 21 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing stress and conflicts for anyone born around the twelfth of February, May, July, August, September, and November and for anyone with planets or points at 21 degrees of Aquarius, Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, and Scorpio.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, and good fortune, at 28 degrees Scorpio, brings opportunities for anyone born around the nineteenth of any month, especially November, and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 28 degrees.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should know that Saturn almost at 05 degrees Capricorn is likely creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the twenty-fifth of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 05 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius should know that Uranus retrograde at 00 degrees Taurus is likely creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born early in these signs as well as for anyone with planets and points around 00 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.
Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Pisces should know that Neptune retrograde at 14 degrees Pisces is likely bringing confusion, deception, and even debilitating situations for anyone born around the fifth of March, June, August, September, October, and December as well as for anyone with planets and points around 14 degrees of the above signs.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should know that Pluto, the planet of transformation and new beginnings at 19 degrees Capricorn, is likely producing significant changes for those born around the tenth of January, April, June, July, August, and October, and for anyone with planets or points around 19 degrees of the above signs.

12:40 PM - (Moon in Leo 90 Sun in Scorpio) marks a Quarter Moon. The explanation for the differences between these two signs is at the top of this newsletter.
03:41 PM * (Venus retrograde moves from Scorpio to Libra) where it remains retrograde until November 16 when it turns direct at 25 degrees Libra. With Venus late in Libra, there are blessings and benefits to the house in your horoscope ruled by Libra and to Libra and the other air signs (Gemini and Aquarius) especially if you’re born late in the air signs.
10:17 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Neptune in Pisces) increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion as well as highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. This period is better for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation than for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
Thursday, November 01
07:03 AM - (Moon in Leo 150 Pluto in Capricorn) can create complicated interpersonal situations, especially involving women and families. Subtle yet highly charged emotional situations involving manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles are more likely although these factors often not realized till later.
08:43 AM - (Moon in Leo 135 Saturn Capricorn) can create issues, worries, and differences, especially involving females and families. People with this lunar aspect are typically responsible, hard-working, and conscientious, but can also be melancholic, lonely, and find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions.
11:22 AM - (Moon Leo 180 Mars in Aquarius) intensifies any situation. There is more likely to be impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.
11:15 PM + (Moon in Leo 150 Chiron in Pisces) increases the possibilities for healing relationships and families.
11:25 PM + (Moon in Leo 90 Jupiter in Scorpio) heightens the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, uplifting feelings, and emotional support.

Guidelines for Using This Information
I keep this information as clear and straightforward as possible, but even for students of astrology, it can be difficult to sort everything out. There are many factors to consider, and sometimes the overlapping influences are contradictory. You might say this is just like life.
For starts, keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
