Productive Days
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Newsletter
With Moon in Capricorn from this afternoon until Wednesday afternoon, the stars are on the plus side. There are no significant discordant aspects, there are several positive lunar aspects, and there is a lovely once a year Mercury-Venus aspect peaking Monday afternoon.
With Moon in Capricorn favoring Capricorn and the other earth-signs, Taurus and Virgo, it’s a good time to put on your work and administrative hat and to be more Capricorn-like: practical, orderly, patient, economical, resourceful, responsible, and productive.
Libra-Capricorn
With Sun in Libra and Moon in Capricorn, it’s good to be aware of the differences between these two signs, especially if Libra and Capricorn are emphasized in your horoscope, or you are in a relationship with a Libra-Capricorn emphasis.
Capricorn makes hard and fast distinctions while Libra sees life more in terms of relationships and balance. Capricorn is career aspirations and the drive for authority. It needs to manage the other person’s life while Libra has an innate need for close, interpersonal interactions where there is equality between two people.
Capricorn is more cautious, solemn, and serious. Libra is more friendly and lighthearted. Libra is the quintessential extrovert: sociable and easy to get to know. Capricorn is the classic introvert: guarded and harder to get to know.
Capricorn sees Libra as being too soft, accommodating, and easy-going. Libra sees Capricorn as being too rigid, uptight, and hard-working.
Libra feels Capricorn is distant and reserved. They can misconstrue Capricorn’s emotional coolness as a lack of interest. Capricorn feels Libra lacks ambition because they assume Libra’s affinity for aesthetics, comfort, beauty, and pleasantries shows a lack of drive and ambition.
Capricorn is the boss and owner. Libra is the friend and partner. Capricorn is authority figures and worldly success. Libra is peers and people sharing power and authority.
Despite these differences, this is a smart and capable combination with many intellectual talents and professional skills. Capricorn’s organizational and business skills can work with Libra’s people skills and social awareness. Successful clients with this sign combination are in human resources, fashion and design, and the world of business and art.
Sun Sign Updates

Mars, the planet of effort and desire, at 12 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing stress and conflicts for anyone born around the third of February, May, July, August, September, and November and for anyone with planets or points at 12 degrees of Aquarius, Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, and Scorpio.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, and good fortune, at 25 degrees Scorpio, brings opportunities for anyone born around the sixteenth of any month, especially November, and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 25 degrees.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should know that Saturn almost at 04 degrees Capricorn is likely creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the twenty-fifth of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 04 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.

Guidelines for Using This Information
I keep this information as clear and straightforward as possible, but even for students of astrology, it can be difficult to sort everything out. There are many factors to consider, and sometimes the overlapping influences are contradictory. You might say this is just like life.
For starts, keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
