The stars continue to be on the harmonious side early this week. There are no significant warnings or alerts, so the opportunities for right timing continue. The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. Moon in Cancer
With Moon in Cancer early this afternoon until late Wednesday afternoon, the water signs (Cancer Scorpio Pisces) especially Cancer are more in favor as are any planets and points in your horoscope in Cancer. Moon in Cancer also favors your involvement with any Cancer-related activity such as helping family members and nurturing people along; cooking, household duties, and home decorating and repairs; antiques, memories, and genealogy; and gardening, housing, real estate, land development, farming, and agriculture.
Cancer-Libra
With Moon in the water-sign Cancer and Sun in the air-sign Libra, there are issues to understand and work through for anyone or any relationship with a Cancer-Libra emphasis due to the fundamental differences between these two signs.
Cancer is more caring, protective and instinctual. Libra is more social, objective, and intellectually oriented. Cancer looks for relationships with an absorbing focus while Libra wants a space between them. Cancer acts more on feelings and intuition. Libra balances and weighs everything carefully and logically before coming to a decision.
In your horoscope and in relationships, the emotions and sentimentality of Cancer can confuse Libra’s logical thought processes, and the friendly social needs of Libra can upset Cancer’s need to protect itself and create secure boundaries.
These differences between emotionally based Cancer and intellectually oriented Libra have created many misunderstandings for individuals and couples trying to figure out and resolve basic conflicts between their feelings (Cancer) and thoughts (Libra). It’s not easy trying to hold water (Cancer) and air (Libra) in your hands.
On the plus side, Cancer and Libra are more people oriented and sensitive to the needs of others than most other signs. They prefer harmony and peace in their lives and are apt to avoid conflict and discord as much as possible.

Venus, the planet of love, affection, and money, at 10 degrees Scorpio benefits anyone born around the first of any month, especially November, and anyone with planets and points at 10 degrees.
Mars, the planet of effort and desire, at 07 degrees Aquarius is likely bringing stress and conflicts for anyone born around the twenty-eighth of January, April, June, July, August, and October and for anyone with planets or points at 07 degrees of Aquarius, Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, and Scorpio.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, and good fortune, at 22.5 degrees Scorpio, is bringing opportunities for anyone born around the thirteenth of any month, especially November, and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 23 degrees.

02:00 PM Moon enters Cancer where it remains until Wednesday afternoon when it enters the next sign, Leo.
07:18 PM - (Moon in Cancer 180 Saturn Capricorn) can create issues, worries, and differences, especially involving females and families. People with this lunar aspect are typically responsible, hard-working, and conscientious, but can also be melancholic, lonely, and find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions.
Tuesday, October 02
01:04 AM - (Moon in Cancer 150 Mars in Aquarius) intensifies any situation. There is likely to be impatience, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.

02:46 PM + (Moon in Cancer 120 Neptune Pisces) brings right brain opportunities with activities such as healing, prayer, spirituality, mysticism, meditation, psychic phenomena, daydreaming, imagination, creativity, music, art, and other creative endeavors.
08:03 PM + - * (Mercury in Libra 90 Pluto in Capricorn) has his plus and minus qualities. People with this aspect have deep and penetrating minds and are interested in anything secret, mysterious, or hidden, including the esoteric and the more profound aspects of the human psyche. They possess an aptitude for private investigation, psychology, and research. On the other hand, their thoughts can be a bit obsessive and their words a bit overwhelming for others to deal with.
10:09 PM - (Moon in Cancer 180 Pluto in Capricorn) can create complicated interpersonal situations, especially involving women and families. Subtle yet highly charged emotional situations involving manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles are more likely although these factors often not realized until later.
Note: the two factors above have similar themes. The first one (Mercury-Pluto) is a * factor, so it is in effect for days. The second one (Moon-Pluto) is a lunar aspect, so it is in effect for hours before the time given.
10:26 PM + (Moon in Cancer 90 Mercury in Libra) creates a more active exchange between one’s conscious and unconscious minds which is conducive to reflection, communication, discussions, and writing.

04:32 AM + (Moon in Cancer 120 Jupiter in Scorpio) increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
04:36 PM + (Moon in Cancer 120 Chiron in Pisces) brings to the forefront caring women and special opportunities for healing relationships, and families.
04:36 PM Moon in Cancer Void until 05:12 PM when it enters the next sign, Leo.
Guidelines for Using This Information
I keep this information as clear and straightforward as possible, but even for students of astrology, it can be difficult to sort everything out. There are many factors to consider, and sometimes the overlapping influences are contradictory. You might say this is just like life.
For starts, keep in mind that these newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties. Sometimes there is a + and - factor which means the aspect can exhibit both positive and negative influences.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.

During Void periods there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are significant aspects currently challenging your horoscope.
Note that the traits and qualities I assign to each sign in these newsletters describe more the functions and meanings of the signs versus trying to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are a multitude of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
