Two Busy Days

Ed Kluska’s Astrology Newsletter

With Moon in Leo the next two days, there are three aspect combinations with similar themes occurring close to each other; and there are two significant * factors - Thursday Saturn turns direct and Friday Sun opposes Neptune.

Sun Sign Updates

Venus, the planet of love, affection, and money, at 28 and 29 degrees Libra, offers minor benefits for anyone born around the nineteenth and twentieth of any month, especially October, and for anyone with planets and points around 28 and 29 degrees.

Mars, the planet of effort and desire, at 29.5 degrees Capricorn, is likely bringing stress and conflicts for anyone born around the last day of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn and for anyone with planets or points around the last degree of the same signs.

Jupiter, the planet of hope, expansion, and good fortune, at 18 degrees Scorpio, is bringing opportunities for anyone born around the ninth of any month and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 18 degrees.

Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should be aware that Saturn retrograde at 02.5 degrees Capricorn is likely creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the twenty-third of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 03 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.

Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius should be aware that Uranus retrograde at 02 degrees Taurus may be creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born early in these signs as well as for anyone with planets and points around 02 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.

Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Pisces should know that Neptune retrograde at 15 degrees Pisces is possibly bringing confusion, deception, and even debilitating situations for anyone born around the sixth of March, June, August, September, October, and December as well as for anyone with planets and points around 15 degrees of these signs.

Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should be aware that Pluto, the planet of transformation and new beginnings retrograde at 19 degrees Capricorn, is likely producing significant changes for those born around the tenth of January, April, June, July, August, and October, and for anyone with planets or points around 19 degrees of the same signs.

Thursday, September 06

06:19 AM + (Moon in Cancer 90 Venus in Libra) fosters cooperation, cheerfulness, affections, pleasantries, gracefulness, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.

07:08 AM * (Saturn turns direct at 02.5 degrees Capricorn) as mentioned in recent newsletters, this stationary position in early Capricorn has and is creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the twenty-third of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 03 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.

08:42 AM - (Moon in Cancer 180 Mars in Capricorn) intensifies any situation. There is more likely to be impatience, intensity, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.

08:42 AM Moon Void until 09:54 AM when it enters the next sign, Leo.

09:54 AM Moon enters Leo where it remains until Saturday morning when it enters the next sign, Virgo. With Sun in Virgo and Moon in Leo, it’s a good time to have fun, enjoy yourself, and play with the kids (Leo-related) as well as take care of your everyday duties and help others in one way or another (Virgo–related).

With a Leo-Virgo emphasis in a horoscope or relationship, one needs to understand and adjust to the innate differences between these two signs.

Leo is the most naturally confident sign of the zodiac. Virgo one of the more insecure. Leo says, “I’m the leader and boss. You need to take my direction.” Virgo says, “I need to prove myself by doing a good job and helping others.” Leo is “let’s party and have a good time” while Virgo is “let me help you with the details and clean up after the party.”

Leo represents kings and queens while Virgo is more the helper and assistant. Leo assumes its natural role of prominence while Virgo is more the supporter in the background. Leo is the extrovert wanting to be on stage and take the limelight. Virgo is the introvert willing to work behind the scenes making sure everything is operating efficiently and effectively.

Professionally, this sign combination can do well when the friendly and confident personality traits of Leo integrate with the discriminating and productive work ethic of Virgo.

01:29 PM - (Moon in Leo 90 Uranus in Taurus) can create highly charged situations, especially involving females and family matters. There can be an increase in one’s instincts and motivations, but also more willfulness, restlessness, excitability, bluntness, and impatience. If you are in the middle of an intense conversation, for example, keep in mind how highly charged the situation can become. Don’t overreact or else matters may quickly get out of hand.

02:02 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Saturn in Capricorn) can create issues, worries, and differences, especially involving females and families. People with this lunar aspect are typically responsible, hard-working, and conscientious, but can also be melancholic, lonely, and find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions.

Note: the two stress-related lunar aspects above (Moon-Uranus and Moon-Saturn) have similar themes, and they occur within a short period.

06:42 PM + (Moon in Leo 00 Node in Leo) this once a month lunar aspect favors teamwork and networking and enhances social interactions and any connections or alliances with groups large and small.

Friday, September 07

10:24 AM - (Moon in Leo 150 Neptune in Pisces) can create strange and peculiar feelings and interactions, especially involving females. It increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion as well as highly refined artistic and spiritual attitudes and aspirations. This period is better for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation than for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.

02:26 PM - * (Sun in Virgo 180 Neptune in Pisces) with this aspect in effect this past week, there can be strange and peculiar events and interactions, especially involving males. One needs to be careful with their assumptions and projections. People with this aspect can live in a dream world, prone to lies, self-deception, and escaping reality. On the plus side, by tuning into the higher qualities of Neptune, they can be highly sensitive and receptive to all impressions with a great sense of sympathy and compassion for others as well as exceptional skills in music, art, and other creative endeavors.

Note: the two challenging aspects above (Moon-Neptune and Sun-Neptune) have similar themes, and they occur within a short period.

03:20 PM + (Moon in Leo 90 Jupiter in Scorpio) can uplift kindness, benevolence, positive feelings, uplifting emotional support, and high hopes.

04:32 PM - (Moon in Leo 150 Pluto in Capricorn) indicates complicated emotional and interpersonal situations, especially involving women and families. Subtle yet highly charged emotional situations involving manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles are more likely although these factors are often not realized until later.

Saturday, September 08

09:47 AM - (Moon in Leo 150 Mars in Capricorn) intensifies everything including interpersonal situations. There is more likely to be impatience, intensity, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.

Note: the two challenging lunar aspects above (Moon-Pluto and Moon-Mars) have similar themes.

09:47 AM Moon Void until 10:28 AM when it enters the next sign, Virgo, leading up to a Virgo New Moon Sunday afternoon.

How to Benefit from This Information

These newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions provide some of the possible influences you can expect around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.

The star (*) factors are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.

The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.

The plus (+) factors for both the * factors and the lunar factors are favorable. The minus (-) factors are more likely to bring challenges or difficulties.

The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing diminish no matter how favorable the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.

The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.

With Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start, or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, during Void periods it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.

The Moon enters each sign of the zodiac about every 28 days and remains in that sign for about two and a half days. When the Moon’s in your sun sign, matters are likely to come more together for you on a short-term basis unless there are now significant challenging aspects in your horoscope.

Note that the traits given for each sign in these newsletters are not intended to describe your personality, although at times the descriptions may be entirely accurate. Furthermore, to understand a person’s personality and character from an astrological perspective, there are dozens of factors in a horoscope to consider besides one's sun sign.
