This week is not as intense as last week which had nine * factors including a New Moon Solar Eclipse on Thursday at 20 degrees Cancer. In contrast, there’s only one * factor this week, and it’s Sun entering Leo late Sunday afternoon.
Note that Tuesday evening and Friday morning are both marked by two stressful lunar aspects.
Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius should be aware that Mars, now retrograde at 06 degrees Aquarius, is creating possible conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress for anyone born around the seventh day of Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius and for anyone with planets or points around 06 degrees of the same signs.
All signs should know that Jupiter, the planet of hope, opportunity, and good fortune, now retrograde at 13 degrees Scorpio, is offering opportunities for anyone born around the fourth of any month and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 13 degrees.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should be aware that Saturn retrograde at 04 degrees Capricorn is likely creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the twenty-fifth of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 04 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius should be aware that Uranus now at 02 degrees Taurus may be creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born early in these signs as well as for anyone with planets and points around 02 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.
Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Pisces should know that Neptune, currently retrograde at 16 degrees Pisces, is possibly bringing confusion, deception, and even debilitating situations for anyone born around the seventh of March, June, August, September, October, and December as well as for anyone with planets and points around 16 degrees of these signs.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should be aware that Pluto, the planet of transformation and new beginnings, currently retrograde at 19 degrees Capricorn, is likely producing significant changes for those born around the eleventh of January, April, June, July, August, and October, and for anyone with planets or points around 19 degrees of the same signs.

03:42 PM Moon enters Libra remains until Thursday evening when it enters the next sign, Scorpio. With the Sun nearing the end of Cancer and the Moon now in Libra until Thursday evening, there are fundamental differences to be understood if Cancer and Libra are emphasized in your horoscope or your relationships, and to a lesser degree if your fourth and seventh houses are active.
Cancer is moodier and more emotionally tied to the past and places and people that are familiar. Libra tends to be more rational and detached. Cancer is more private, inclined to stay close to what is familiar and secure such as their home and family. Libra is more social and inclined to seek social interactions outside their immediate home and family. Cancer acts more on feelings and intuition. Libra balances and weighs everything carefully and logically before coming to a decision.
In your horoscope and relationships, the emotions and sentimentality of Cancer can confuse the logical thought processes of Libra, and the friendly social needs of Libra can upset Cancer’s need to protect itself and create secure boundaries.
On the plus side, Cancer and Libra are more people oriented and sensitive to the needs of others than most other signs. They prefer harmony and peace in their lives and are apt to avoid conflict and discord as much as possible.

11:19 PM (Moon in Libra 90 Saturn in Capricorn) can create issues, worries, and differences, especially involving females and families. People with this lunar aspect are typically responsible, hard-working and conscientious, but can also be melancholic, lonely, and find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions.
Wednesday, July 18
02:56 AM (Moon in Libra 120 Mars in Aquarius) creates a time to trust your instincts and to be more bold and direct especially regarding communication with friends and groups because the air signs, Gemini and Aquarius, are involved.
07:18 PM (Moon in Libra 150 Neptune in Pisces) increases the possibilities for haziness and emotional confusion as well as highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. This period is better for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation than for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
Thursday, July 19
02:43 AM (Moon in Libra 90 Pluto in Capricorn) can create complicated interpersonal situations, especially involving women and families. Subtle yet highly charged emotional situations involving manipulation, hidden motives and power struggles are more likely although these factors often not realized till later.
03:52 PM (Moon in Cancer 90 Sun in Libra) marks the Quarter Moon and is relevant to Tuesday’s comments about the differences between Cancer and Libra.
03:52 PM Moon in Libra goes Void until 09:13 PM when it enters the next sign, Scorpio.
Friday, July 20
01:42 AM (Moon in Scorpio 180 Uranus in Taurus) enhances instincts and willfulness, but also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, and emotionally charged situations.
08:12 AM (Moon in Scorpio 90 Mars in Taurus) creates a high energy time which can intensify any interpersonal situation. There is more likely to be impatience, intensity, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.
08:14 AM (Moon in Scorpio 90 Node in Leo) favors connecting with people via teamwork and networking and enhances social interactions and any connections or alliances with groups large and small.
10:28 PM (Moon in Scorpio 00 Jupiter in Scorpio) this is a lovely aspect which occurs once a month and increases the possibilities for kindness, benevolence, positive feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
Saturday, July 21
03:38 AM (Moon in Scorpio 120 Neptune in Pisces) is a passive aspect which brings opportunities for healing, prayer, spirituality, mysticism, meditation, psychic phenomena, daydreaming, imagination, creativity, music, art, and other creative endeavors.
04:00 PM (Moon in Scorpio 90 Mercury in Leo) brings opportunities for communication, discussions, writing, and sales. Being in the fire signs, Aries and Sagittarius, this aspect brings additional opportunities for sales, marketing, and promotion.
Sunday, July 22
05:17 AM Moon becomes Void until 6:12 AM when it enters the next sign, Sagittarius where it remains until late Tuesday afternoon when it enters the next sign, Capricorn.
10:59 AM (Moon in Sagittarius 150 Uranus in Taurus) increases instincts and willfulness, but also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, and emotionally charged situations.

How to Benefit from This Information
These newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions give some of the possibilities for around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The * factors listed are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended period of time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing are diminished no matter how good the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
With Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, during Void periods it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
