This weekend is on the plus side. There are no significant deterrents for right timing and there are two positive * factors: Sun-Neptune exact on Sunday and Mercury-Jupiter exact early Monday morning. Also, Saturday and Sunday are favorable and fertile astrologically for planting and improving one’s home and gardens as explained under Saturday below.
Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius should be aware that Mars, now retrograde at 8.5 degrees Aquarius, may be creating conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress for anyone born around the eight day of Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius and for anyone with planets or points around 08 degrees of the same signs.
All signs should know that Jupiter, the planet of hope, opportunity, and good fortune, now retrograde at 13 degrees Scorpio, is offering opportunities for anyone born around the fourth of any month and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 13 degrees.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should be aware that Saturn retrograde at 05 degrees Capricorn is likely creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the twenty-sixth of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 05 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius should be aware that Uranus now at 02 degrees Taurus may be creating significant shifts, changes, adjustments, and even shocks for those born early in these signs as well as for anyone with planets and points around 02 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.
Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Pisces should know that Neptune, currently retrograde at 16 degrees Pisces, is possibly bringing confusion, deception, and even debilitating situations for anyone born around the seventh of March, June, August, September, October, and December as well as for anyone with planets and points around 16 degrees of these signs.
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn should be aware that Pluto, the planet of transformation and new beginnings, currently retrograde at 20 degrees Capricorn is likely producing significant changes for those born around the eleventh of January, April, June, July, August, and October, and for anyone with planets or points around 20 degrees of the same signs.

02:16 AM (Moon in Aries 150 Jupiter in Scorpio) can bring kindness, helpfulness, benevolence, positive feelings, emotional support, and social consciousness.
03:50 AM (Moon in Aries 90 Sun in Cancer) marks the Quarter Moon. With the Sun in the water sign Cancer and the Moon in the fire sign Aries, there are significant differences to understand. Aries is much more carefree. It desires its freedom and independence. It wants to explore the world with no rules or limitations. On the other hand, Cancer is more caring, protective, and security-based. It is comfortable being with what is safe and familiar such as their home and family.
Aries encourages independent thinking and action and feels uncomfortable around people that cling too tenaciously. Cancer needs emotional support and encouragement. They can think that everyone needs "mothering." The fire of Aries can burn the clinging and protective boundaries emotionally-based Cancer puts up. And the watery emotions of Cancer can frustrate and dampen the spontaneity, uninhibited impulses and unbridled enthusiasm fiery Aries possesses.
For all these reasons, an Aries Cancer emphasis in a horoscope or a relationship requires many adjustments, but ultimately there can be much growth and development personally and interpersonally.
02:53 PM (Moon in Aries 90 Pluto in Capricorn) can create complicated interpersonal situations, especially involving women and families. Subtle yet highly charged emotional situations involving manipulation, hidden motives, and power struggles are more likely although these factors often not realized till later.

03:08 AM (Moon in Aries 120 Venus in Leo) can bring cheerfulness, pleasantries, gracefulness, peaceful times, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
03:08 AM Moon in Aries goes Void until 08:50 AM when it enters the next sign, Taurus, where it remains until early Monday afternoon when it enters the next sign, Gemini. Taurus is more steady, practical, and even-tempered. Cancer is more changeable, emotional, and sensitive. The water of Cancer can soften the fixed, earthy nature of Taurus, and steadiness of Taurus can add stability to the watery moods of Cancer.
Both signs are inherently gentle, with a tendency to avoid conflict and confrontation if possible. Loyalty to their home and family are active with both signs. Taurus and Cancer can become attached to things as they are. They resist changes and are not overly fond of surprises. Security is essential to both signs, and both give their friends support and help when needed.
Note that this one of the most favorable and fertile time periods astrologically every year for planting and improving one’s home and gardens.
Taurus rules soil, gardening, landscaping, flowers, herbs, horticulture, shrubs, trees, forestry, agriculture, crops, and geology. Cancer governs anything to do with one’s home and real estate: from kitchens and curtains to basements and garages as well as land development and general construction.
12:45 PM (Moon in Taurus 00 Uranus in Taurus) can create highly charged situations, especially involving females and family matters. There can be an increase in one’s instincts and motivations, but also more willfulness, restlessness, excitability, bluntness, and impatience. If you are in the middle of a meeting or an intense discussion, for example, keep in mind how highly charged the situation can become. Don’t overreact or else matters may quickly get out of hand.
05:58 PM (Moon in Taurus 120 Saturn in Capricorn) provides an atmosphere for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities, especially involving business and professional matters.
07:39 PM (Moon in Taurus 90 Node in Leo) favors teamwork, networking, social interactions, and enhances any connections or alliances with groups large and small.
11:51 PM (Moon in Taurus 90 Mars in Aquarius) can intensify any interpersonal situation. There is more likely to be impatience, intensity, impulsiveness, strong desires, and even anger and forceful actions. If you are trying to resolve an issue with someone, for example, be aware that volatile emotions are more likely than rational thinking.

10:41 AM * (Sun in Cancer 120 Neptune in Pisces) this aspect, in effect this past week, occurs twice a year and brings the potential for spiritual and artistic inspirations. People with a favorable Sun-Neptune aspect are highly sensitive and receptive to all impressions. They have an active imagination and are inclined towards mysticism, spirituality, dreams, and psychic experiences. They are capable of sympathy and compassion for others as well as exceptional skills in music, art, and other creative endeavors.
08:11 PM (Moon in Taurus 120 Pluto in Capricorn) symbolizes females who are influential, productive, and probably psychic, and increases the possibilities for practicality and solid business plans as well as deeper feelings and psychic impressions.
Monday 05:13 AM * (Mercury in Leo 90 Jupiter in Scorpio) this aspect, in effect this past week, brings a wealth of ideas, intellectual success, and the gift of speech. It’s associated with the writer, scientist, and trial attorney. People with this aspect are open-minded and want to broaden their experiences. They have writing, teaching, and language skills and are more interested in the big picture than details. Their optimism and enthusiastic plans need balance with realism and attention to details; else they are prone to errors in judgment.
How to Benefit from This Information
These newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions give some of the possibilities for around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The * aspects listed are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended period of time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing are diminished no matter how good are the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
With Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, during Void periods it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
