The most significant for right timing is Wednesday's Sun-Saturn aspect. This newsletter explains these and other significant factors.
Monday, June 25
12:29 AM Moon enters Sagittarius after having been Void since Sunday morning. With Sun in the water-sign Cancer and Moon in fire-sign Sagittarius until Wednesday morning, we have two signs with distinctly different needs and motivations.
So, if you are in a Cancer Sagittarius relationship, you have planets in both Cancer and Sagittarius, or the fourth and ninth houses in your horoscope have emphasis, you need to understand, adjust to, and integrate two fundamentally different approaches to life.
Cancer is the sensitive introvert seeking secure emotional attachments. It holds on to what is safe and secure. It is by nature protective and more comfortable being around what is familiar such as their home and family.
Sagittarius is more open, direct, enthusiastic, confident, and optimistic. It is more adventuresome and wants to get out there, take chances, and have direct learning experiences. There is a proclivity toward promotion, travel, athletics, and the outdoors.
Both signs are more psychic-like than other sign combinations. Cancer instinctual and gut-feelings based. Sagittarius more intuitive and prophetic.
As with any relationship, this sign combination can work, but there are challenges. Cancer has many emotional ropes and attachments for Sagittarius to cope with; and Sagittarius stretches the insecurities and protective bands of Cancer. The clinging nature of Cancer can frustrate the freedom and expressive nature of Sagittarius. The uninhibited intellectual directness of Sagittarius can be too much hurt for sensitive and protective Cancer.
04:01 AM (Moon in Sagittarius 150 Uranus in Taurus) enhances instincts and willfulness, but also brings nervousness, anxiety, upsets, restlessness, excitability, and emotionally charged situations.
12:40 PM (Moon in Sagittarius 120 Node in Leo) favors teamwork, networking, social interactions, and enhances any connections or alliances with groups large and small.
01:18 PM * (Venus in Leo 90 Jupiter in Scorpio) is in effect this past week. People with this aspect are kind, tolerant, and generous. They enjoy people and good things but can be lazy, self-indulgent, and expect everything to work out without much effort. As a result, they can later regret their actions if they don't curtail their impulses to overindulge, overspend, assume too much, and enjoy too much of a good thing.

04:48 AM (Moon in Sagittarius 120 Venus in Leo) can bring cheerfulness, pleasantries, gracefulness, peaceful times, emotional sharing, and artistic expression, especially involving females.
08:53 AM (Moon in Sagittarius 90 Neptune in Pisces) increases the possibilities for haziness ad emotional confusion as well as highly refined artistic and spiritual feelings and aspirations. This period is better for daydreaming, imagination, creativity, prayer, and meditation than for logical discussions and clear-cut decisions.
05:04 PM * (Mars Retrograde) Mars in Aquarius has been stationary the past few weeks. Today it goes retrograde at 09 degrees Aquarius and remains retrograde until August 27 when it turns direct at 28.5 degrees Capricorn.
Mars retrograde is an important consideration for right timing because Mars is the planet of energy, willpower, and motivation. Any business or project begun in this time frame may feel its energy or impulses to be a bit stymied or held in check.
Today’s retrograde position is significant for the house in your horoscope ruled by Aquarius and for Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. Mars now at 09 degrees Aquarius may be creating conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress for anyone born around the ninth day of these signs and for anyone with planets or points around 09 degrees of the same signs.
Wednesday, June 27
06:16 AM (Moon in Sagittarius 150 Mercury in Cancer) creates an active exchange between one’s conscious and unconscious minds favoring reflection, communication, discussions, and writing.
06:16 AM Moon in Sagittarius becomes Void until 11:52 AM today when it enters the next sign, Capricorn.
09:27 AM * (Sun in Cancer 180 Saturn in Capricorn) is a significant aspect in effect this past week. It should be given major consideration for right timing because for important decisions and fresh starts, it’s more appropriate to wait for a better time.
The Sun represents men and our primary direction and purpose in life. When negatively aspect in such as in this case, Saturn can bring negation, delays, and losses. Therefore, anyone new you meet and anything you start is less likely to work out. Men are more likely to be negative, demanding, critical, and opposing. Business and political leaders are more likely to be under increased pressure for their actions.
This does not mean you should not do anything, but if you start an important project, open a new business, or make a major decision, for example, around this time, the chances for success are diminished according to the rules of right timing. Saturn negatively aspected does not put the odds on your side. It tends to delay and block versus help and support. People with a challenging Sun-Saturn aspect in their horoscope tend to have a harder life than others. There are many obstacles and difficulties to overcome, but in the end, they can be quite durable, hard-working, and successful.
11:52 AM Moon enters Capricorn where it remains until early Saturday morning when it enters the next sign, Aquarius. With Moon in the earth-sign Capricorn and Sun in the water-sign Cancer, we have two signs which operate quite differently.
Cancer is more subjective and comfortable with the inner world of emotions, feelings, and sentiments. Capricorn is more objective and comfortable with the outer world of business, enterprise, and science.
Cancer and Capricorn are more conservative and insecure by nature. They are not bold and flashy like the fire signs (Aries Leo Sagittarius), for example. They do not take wild and foolish risks. Radical changes and big gambles are not their style. They are more comfortable with what is known and established.
Both signs are also more introvert and defensive by nature. They need encouragement especially when they are young. They need to prove themselves before they feel comfortable and confident with themselves, their relationships, and the world at large. But once they have established themselves in the world with their career and family, they can hold great confidence and assurance.
Because of their innate defensiveness and need for protection, both signs take longer than other signs to get to know. Cancers have their shells and hesitancies, and Capricorns have their defenses and boundaries.
But both signs can grow on you like ivy. Slow but sure. When they allow you to get inside their world and you get to know them, they can become true and long–lasting friends.
Lastly, both signs have business instincts and talents. Many CEO’s and business people have this sign combination. They form the foundations of society. Cancer represents homes, families, and mother figures while Capricorn represents father figures and government institutions such as the police and bureaucrats regulating and protecting our homes and families.
03:40 PM (Moon in Capricorn 120 Uranus in Taurus) brings opportunities for instincts, intuition, and forward-looking aspirations especially regarding practical and business matters because the earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn, are involved.
04:41 PM (Moon in Capricorn 90 Chiron in Aries) brings opportunities for the healing and relationships.
11:33 PM (Moon in Capricorn 00 Saturn in Capricorn) provides an atmosphere for orderly, steady, conscientious, pragmatic, and realistic plans and activities, especially involving business and professional matters. This aspect can also bring some realities about your family and the females in your life. People with this lunar aspect are responsible, hard-working, and conscientious, but can also be somber, pessimistic, lonely, and find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions.
11:40 PM * (Venus in Leo 150 Neptune in Pisces) is in effect this past week. People with this aspect have a deep and far-reaching capacity for love and emotional rapport. They have high ideals and an excellent receptivity for beauty, art, and music. But the hopes, dreams, idealism, and fantasies which Venus and Neptune bring about love and money can be hard to realize with this challenging 150 aspect.

How to Benefit from This Information
These newsletters are not intended to tell you what is going to happen in your life at the times given. Instead, the aspect descriptions give some of the possibilities for around the times given so you can more wisely plan for and participate in your life. Often, it is obvious which time frames are better than others for timing or starting a party, trip, decision, business, or any other event, for example.
The * aspects listed are more significance for right timing because they are in effect for a more extended period of time (often up to a week). Any business, project, decision, relationship, wedding, and childbirth, for example, started around the dates given will have the qualities and characteristics of the descriptions listed.
The lunar (Moon) aspects listed are less significant because they are in effect for only hours (versus days) before and until the times (Eastern Time) given, but they are still quite relevant for right timing.
The most critical factor with right timing is what’s occurring in your horoscope. When negative aspects dominate your horoscope, the chances of success with right timing are diminished no matter how good the aspects are in the sky. These newsletters cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage with timing your decisions and activities.
The basic premise with right timing is that it helps to have the "stars" on your side. Starting a marriage, trip, surgery, business, real estate deal, or a major purchase, for example, at an inopportune time reduces the chances of success no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better the timing, the higher your chances of success. Even an hour can make a significant difference in important decisions and events.
With Void periods, there tends to be a lull in the energy levels, and what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you planned or expected. So, during Void periods it’s usually better to do things with less significance or no purpose in mind versus trying to start something new and vital. If you have a new idea, meet someone new, or start a business, for example, those activities are less likely to amount to much.
