Jupiter, the planet of hope, opportunity, and expansion is retrograde at 23 degrees Scorpio. This offers opportunities for anyone born around the thirteenth of any month and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 23 degrees.

With the Moon in the earth-sign Taurus and the Sun entering the fire-sign Aries tomorrow, you should be aware of the basic differences between these two signs. Any child born, any idea thought of, and any business started will feel these differences.

12:16 PM Sun moves from Pisces to Aries marking the beginning of Spring and completing a shift of emphasis in the sky from Pisces to Aries. Sun, Mercury, Venus, Chiron, and Neptune had been in Pisces the past month which offered opportunities to manifest the qualities of Pisces.
With Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Uranus now in Aries, it’s more appropriate to manifest and be involved with Aries-related attributes and activities such as initiative, independence, competition, leadership, crusading, innovation, pioneering, exploratory, athletics, outdoor activities, and manual labor.

Right Timing Notes
The most important factor to consider with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. If negative aspects now dominate your horoscope, your chances of success are diminished no matter how good the aspects are in the sky as described in these newsletters.
Obviously, I cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage timing your decisions and activities.
The Moon (lunar) aspects listed are in effect for hours before and until the times (Eastern Time) given. Often nothing special will happen for you at these times, but the descriptions can be helpful if you are trying to understand what is going on at a certain time and if you are planning to do or start a meeting, discussion, trip, or any other activity.
With Void periods, what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you expected. At times, it’s better to do things for no good reason versus always trying to be doing something special.
