Ed Kluska’s Astrology Newsletter
Mars now at 01 degrees Capricorn can create conflicts, urgency, impulsiveness, and stress for anyone born around 01 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn, and for anyone with planets or points around 01 degrees of the same signs. With right timing, this is important to know because you are more likely to make mistakes due to increased conflicts and stress in your life.
Jupiter, the planet of hope, opportunity, and expansion is retrograde at 23 degrees Scorpio. This offers opportunities for anyone born around the thirteenth of any month and for any planets and points in your horoscope around 23 degrees.
Saturn now at 08 degrees of Capricorn is likely to be creating challenges, tests, delays, losses, and realities for anyone born around the twenty-ninth of March, May, June, July, September, and December and for anyone with points or planets around 08 degrees of Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn.
Most significant this week for right timing: Mercury conjunct Venus on Tuesday covered below, Sun entering Aries on Tuesday covered below, Mercury going retrograde on Thursday covered in yesterday’s newsletter, and Venus square Pluto on Friday and Sun square Mars on Saturday covered in my next newsletter.
~ Monday, March 19
03:29 PM Moon in Aries conjunct Uranus in Aries generates intuition and intense feelings as well as willfulness, nervousness, restlessness, excitability, and highly charged situations, especially involving females.
At this time the Moon becomes Void until 09:07 PM when it enters the next sign, Taurus, where it remains until early Thursday morning.
With the Moon in the earth-sign Taurus and the Sun entering the fire-sign Aries tomorrow, you should be aware of the basic differences between these two signs. Any child born, any idea thought of, and any business started will feel these differences.
In a nutshell, Aries wants to go faster, and Taurus needs to go slower. Aries is more quick, excitable, and expressive. Taurus is more calm, steady, and passive. Aries wants excitement and freedom with no boundaries. Taurus wants consistency and certainty with practical results.
Aries first response to any situation is action, whether appropriate or not. Taurus responds with more of a wait-and-see approach, or let’s allow the situation to resolve itself in its own time. Aries enjoys action and stimulation. It seeks the challenge of new adventures. Taurus above all else wants tranquility, stability, and security.
The fiery nature of Aries can scorch and upset the earthy pragmatic nature of Taurus, and the
slowness of the earth sign Taurus can smother the quickness and spontaneity of the fire in Aries. The down to earth practicality of Taurus can temper and stabilize the exuberance of Aries, and the need for Aries to get going and explore new ideas and territories can motivate Taurus to get beyond their set habits and lifestyle.
11:35 PM Moon in Taurus trine Mars in Capricorn provides a time to trust your instincts and to be more bold and direct especially regarding practical and business matters as related to the earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn.
~ Tuesday, March 20
12:02 AM Mercury in Aries conjunct Venus in Aries. This aspect, in effect this past week, brings the potential for artistic inspiration and romantic inclinations. People with this aspect in their horoscope are typically lighthearted and have finely attuned skills with music, art, design, writing, and other creative endeavors.
12:05 PM Moon in Taurus trine Saturn Capricorn provides an atmosphere for steadiness, conscientiousness, pragmatism, and realistic plans, especially involving business and professional matters.
12:16 PM Sun moves from Pisces to Aries marking the beginning of Spring and completing a shift of emphasis in the sky from Pisces to Aries. Sun, Mercury, Venus, Chiron, and Neptune had been in Pisces the past month which offered opportunities to manifest the qualities of Pisces.
With Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Uranus now in Aries, it’s more appropriate to manifest and be involved with Aries-related attributes and activities such as initiative, independence, competition, leadership, crusading, innovation, pioneering, exploratory, athletics, outdoor activities, and manual labor.
09:32 PM Moon in Taurus square Node in Leo is good for networking. This combination enhances any alliances with groups large and small, especially related to females.
~ Wednesday, March 21
09:58 AM Moon in Taurus trine Pluto in Capricorn increases the possibilities for practicality and solid business plans as well as deeper feelings and psychic impressions.
01:21 PM Moon in Taurus opposite Jupiter in Scorpio offers increased kindness, benevolence, positive feelings, and uplifting emotional support.
At this time Moon in Taurus goes Void until early Thursday morning when it enters the next sign Gemini.
Right Timing Notes
The most important factor to consider with right timing is what is occurring in your horoscope. If negative aspects now dominate your horoscope, your chances of success are diminished no matter how good the aspects are in the sky as described in these newsletters.
Obviously, I cannot cover what is occurring in your horoscope, but if you apply the information in these newsletters with common sense, you have an advantage timing your decisions and activities.
The Moon (lunar) aspects listed are in effect for hours before and until the times (Eastern Time) given. Often nothing special will happen for you at these times, but the descriptions can be helpful if you are trying to understand what is going on at a certain time and if you are planning to do or start a meeting, discussion, trip, or any other activity.
With Void periods, what you start or implement is less likely to turn out the way you expected. At times, it’s better to do things for no good reason versus always trying to be doing something special.
Initiating action and decisions at a certain time is related to Election Astrology. It is one of the most practical ways I help my clients. From years of research, experience, and firsthand applications with my life and businesses, I have developed a sophisticated system for good timing.
The basic premise is that "there is a time for everything." Nothing beats a good plan and hard work, but it helps to have the "stars" on your side.
If you start a marriage, trip, surgery, project, or business, for example, at an inopportune time astrologically, your chances of success are reduced no matter how good your intentions and how hard you try. The better your timing, the greater your chances of success.
Over the years I have often seen important personal, professional, and business decisions made at "lousy" times. The results have not been good.
The bottom line is that we can work together to find you a favorable time that promises a higher probability for success for whatever action or plan you are considering. For example, it could be taking a trip, starting a business or important project, having surgery, applying to college, publishing a book, starting a blog or website, settling a lawsuit, buying and selling real estate, or anything else that is important for you now.
