A Strong New Moon
Ed Kluska’s Astrology Newsletter
Today and tomorrow the planetary aspects are favorable, and with an emphasis on the fire-sign Aries, it’s a time to get going.
Last Monday the Sun entered Aries. This morning the Moon entered Aries to join Mercury, Venus, and Uranus already in Aries.
This evening at 10:57 PM ET the Moon catches up with the Sun to create a New Moon in Aries.
New Moons represent new beginnings, an opportunity to establish new goals in the areas associated with the sign of the New Moon.
With this New Moon in Aries, it’s a good time to practice the positive qualities associated with Aries: active, assertive, brave, courageous, adventuresome, independent, enthusiastic, energetic, spontaneous, speedy, frank, direct, and living to the hilt.
Previous newsletters have explained that four or more planets in one sign is called a “stellium.”
Stelliums are significant because a great amount of energy is concentrated in one sector of the zodiac. You might think of this as a “super planet” acting as one force, and the closer the planets are, the greater the potency.
On a short-term basis, this Aries stellium benefits Aries and also favors the other fire signs (Leo and Sagittarius) as well as the air signs (Gemini Libra Aquarius).
And don’t forget that no matter what your sun sign, this Aries energy is emphasizing and playing out in one of your twelve houses. Check to see which house Aries rules in your horoscope.
