Some sign combinations are more emotional, some more physically inclined, and some more psychic-intuitive. Virgo Aquarius is definitely more mentally inclined.
The Moon entered Aquarius today at 05:29 PM ET which gives a Virgo Aquarius Sun-Moon combination until late Wednesday evening when the Moon enters the next sign Pisces.
Virgo and Aquarius is a bright, critical, and exacting sign combination with tremendous mental potentials. Aquarius rules inventions, sudden insights and scientific breakthroughs. Virgo brings a logical and step-by-step approach. Aquarius provides freshness and creativity while Virgo offers order and discipline.
Many clients with a Virgo Aquarius emphasis in their horoscopes are involved with computers, technology, electronics, science, engineering and scientific research versus poetry and the arts, for example.
All these mental inclinations can come at a cost. Neither sign is comfortable in the world of emotions especially if there is little water or other emotional factors in a horoscope or between two horoscopes in a relationship.
It can become too cerebral, distant and dry. The earth of Virgo in the air of Aquarius makes for dust and parched earth. There can be too much living in one’s head and not enough loving from one’s heart. The water element is needed to loosen up the dryness and feelings needed to create more passion.
There are also important differences.
Virgo wants physical and tangible results while Aquarius seeks new opinions and options. Virgo is more pragmatic with its love of order and tidiness while Aquarius is the idealist thriving on change.
Aquarius has a streak of unconventionality and originality while Virgo is more cautious and conservative. Aquarius can be dogmatic about their political, religious and other beliefs, and Virgos are influenced by this. And Virgo’s critical nature and fear of making mistakes can damper Aquarius's need for experimentation and flirtation with novelty and the latest fads.
