A Long Void & Mercury Direct

From 09:51 PM EST this evening until 10:46 PM tomorrow evening is not the ideal time period to be taking action or making important decisions.
We have an odd astrological combination for a day starting this evening which may throw matters “off-course” a bit or you may find it hard to “get going.”
There is a long Void Moon, and during this time span, Mercury is going direct.
Recall that Void periods are good for getting “little things” done and for doing something different “just for the heck of it” as opposed to planning or starting something new and significant.
Void periods are not “bad” by themselves. The problem is that matters typically do not pan out as planned or they end differently than anticipated no matter how great or hopeful they seemed at the time.
And if a crisis or severe challenge arises, the same applies. It is more likely to be “much to do about nothing.”
With Mercury going direct, my research shows that three to five days before and after Mercury “changes direction” we are more likely to experience shifts and changes with our plans, decisions and projects as well as how we perceive important relationships and events in our lives.
This is because Mercury rules our thinking, attitudes, communication, information, analysis, planning, decisions and negotiations.
After tomorrow when Mercury officially goes direct at 4:50 PM, it does not mean everything will suddenly clear up and be back to normal. Nor does it mean that everything was supposed to go wrong and be confusing the last three weeks after Mercury went retrograde on January 05.
It means there is a reason why you may now be experiencing more “shifts and changes” than normal with your life and plans.
As always, keep in mind that there may be factors now active in your horoscope that are far more significant than Moon Void or Mercury Direct.
