It’s Better to Wait

Ed Kluska’s Astrology & Mindful Living Newsletter:

It’s Better to Wait When you start or initiate something of importance at an inopportune time astrologically, your chances of success are reduced no matter how well you plan or how hard you try. The better the timing, the greater the chances for success. This coming week offers a good illustration of this principle. There is a significant contrast between Jupiter (the planet of opportunity, advancement and success) and Saturn (the planet of tests, lessons and losses). A discordant Sun Saturn aspect is now in effect. It peaks early Friday evening. Sun Saturn aspects are favorable for hard work and focused efforts, but they can also bring delays, negation and losses. If you are starting a new job, project or business, for example, the odds are against you because of the way Saturn tends to delay and deny. The same applies to taking a trip, applying to college, publishing a book, starting a blog, settling a lawsuit, buying a home, or anything else that is important for you at this time. So overall, for important actions and decisions, it’s better to wait for a more favorable time period. Fortunately, this is right around the corner. Starting this weekend a Sun Jupiter alignment unfolds. This is an opportunistic aspect which peaks next Wednesday. It only occurs once a year, and is the antithesis of the challenging Sun Saturn aspect in effect this week. All this does not mean everything should be on hold until Saturday, and that everything will suddenly go smoothly next week. It means that (depending on your horoscope and personal cycles), it is more appropriate to be patient the next few days. Rather than advancing into new territories, stay focused and catch up with what is already in front of you. With astrological timing, there are always two things to consider: what is occurring in the sky and what is occurring in your personal horoscope. If the stars are favorably aligned in your chart and in the sky, there is a higher probability for success with whatever action or plan you are considering.
