Cancer Leo Warm Feelings

Last night there was a New Moon when the Sun and Moon aligned in Cancer. This morning the Moon entered Leo where it remains until Saturday evening when it enters the next sign Virgo. If you are in a Cancer Leo relationship, or Cancer and Leo are emphasized in your horoscope, you should be aware of the innate differences between these two signs. Cancer wants to be needed. It desires sympathy, tenderness and emotional support. Cancer is the introvert seeking secure emotional attachments. It holds on to what is safe and familiar so it is more comfortable being around what is familiar such as their home and family. Leo is fun and proud. It wants recognition, appreciation and respect. Leo is much more secure, outward and expressive. It is the consummate extrovert wanting to meet and greet the world and to be on stage in the limelight. So Leo is the more dominant of the two signs and is likely to take the lead in a relationship. This is fine with Cancer who is not inclined to be on top. Cancer is probably the most insecure of the zodiac signs, and Leo probably the most confident. Cancer says, “I want to take care of you and I will do anything to please you.” Leo says, “I am important and you need to pay more attention to me.” The clinging nature of water Cancer can put out the expressive enthusiasm of fiery Leo. And the fire of Leo can upset the sensitive feelings and moods of Cancer. On the plus side, relationships and people with a Cancer Leo emphasis are usually warm and loving. Their opposite signs, Capricorn and Aquarius, are much more cool, detached and intellectual by nature. Cancer and Leo want to create a wonderful home and family.
