Todd Frazier Home Run Derby King You may not live in Cincinnati and you may not be into baseball, but you had to marvel at the excitement generated last night at Major League’s Baseball Home Run Derby here in Cincinnati. Todd Frazier, Cincinnati’s all-star third baseman, came back late in all three rounds to win on his last swings. He thoroughly entertained the sellout crowd at Great American Ball Park on his way to victory. He put into a frenzy the more than 40,000 hometown fans yelling for him in the stands. In fact, this is being called one of the greatest non-regular season feats in Cincinnati’s long and illustrious baseball history. He later said, “The home-field advantage had a big-time impact on me. Just hearing the crowd roar, calling my name, the adrenaline kicked in. It really picked me up. I was able to drive the ball out of the park a lot more. It was really fun. I appreciate that a lot.” When was the last time you had support like this with so many people totally behind you yelling and clapping for your glory and success?
